“Yes, our Bartell went through a huge change and it was hard on everyone - workers and customers. Shoot, I almost switched to Safeway! However I was NEVER treated unprofessionally or unkind. Yes, I had to wait at times, yes sometimes it wasn’t filled on time but they aren’t just standing around they always are working like busy bees back there. I think if you put yourself on their spot and try to imagine what it takes to run that place. Or at least be kind. AND one is always free to switch pharmacies also ;)”

“We stopped here for fuel. It's easy access of the interstate. Never been through the area except at 70mph. Such a nice little town and the market was great. So many options inside for snacks, drinks and food. Large area for alcohol is available too. Love one dat to come back and visit the casino and stay there. If you need to use the toilet the door code is posted at the front counter.”
“I don't get all the negative reviews (most from ages ago) except to say there's a lot of highly affluent and exceptionally entitled people in this area with zero self-awareness. To the negative reviewers: So you had to wait 20 mins for your Rx because you were too impatient to wait for the text message saying it's ready...poor baby...a minor inconvenience of your own making. I've frequented this location and its Pharmacy consistently for the last 3 years (before and after merger with Rite Aid) and not once have I ever experienced anything short of exceptionally friendly, courteous, and prompt service from literally every employee I've encountered. I've been greeted every time I've stepped inside the door ...every time! I can't think of another retailer I can say that about.”

“Really great communication letting me know how things work and what to expect. Needed meds for my dog and was so glad they were able to fill. They took the time to discuss options with me before I even drove over. Then made sure I had meds for her before the holiday weekend. Really appreciate the friendly staff.”
