“I love Falls! They have bent over backwards to help me and my veterinarian to get the best care for my cat. I also got a human prescription from them and they filled it right away with no hassles at all. I'm not sure what the low reviewer was complaining about since I have had nothing but numerous great experiences with them. Here are just a few of the things they did for me and for my cat: 1) interfaced with my vet, who operates a busy walk in clinic and animal hospital. They and the vet helped figured out what dose of methimazole my cat should be on. They also use a lipoderm base for transdermal, which is non irritating to my cat's ears 2) when there was a shortage in good syringes, they did what they could to get us good ones 3) they ship super fast and securely so I get the medicine quickly and we never run out 4) their prices are great, as are their shipping prices - they don't gouge the customer 5) I even facebook chatted with a pharmacist or two, and both were super helpful in answering any and all of my questions or concerns. If I could give 10 stars, I would!”

“I have been a customer here since they opened. And yes when they went through the ownership change with Rite aid it was a disaster! I'm happy to say that in the last 6 months I have not experienced the 'ol in process ' after getting a text saying my perception was ready! I have to say the pharmacy has done a complete 180 and they are back to superior service. In the last 6 months all of my prescriptions were filled on time and with a friendly staff. “We stopped here for fuel. It's easy access of the interstate. Never been through the area except at 70mph. Such a nice little town and the market was great. So many options inside for snacks, drinks and food. Large area for alcohol is available too. Love one dat to come back and visit the casino and stay there. If you need to use the toilet the door code is posted at the front counter.”

“I love the service here but they tend to run out of some of the medications my family needs. Then I have to call around and find a pharmacy that Carrie’s it and have the prescription transferred by the doctor. It’s a hassle for sure. But other than that, I love the convenience of it when they do have what we need.”

“Yes, our Bartell went through a huge change and it was hard on everyone - workers and customers. Shoot, I almost switched to Safeway! However I was NEVER treated unprofessionally or unkind. Yes, I had to wait at times, yes sometimes it wasn’t filled on time but they aren’t just standing around they always are working like busy bees back there. I think if you put yourself on their spot and try to imagine what it takes to run that place. Or at least be kind. AND one is always free to switch pharmacies also ;)”
