I’m unsure if this is the location that Leah works at- but she was absolutely amazing! I had originally called her about a quote while shopping around for new car insurance, and a month later she remembered me and followed up to see if I was still shopping and enlighten me on loan payoff which was something I wanted to have on my policy . Her customer service was so outstanding (some of the best I’ve ever had across industries) she was so knowledgeable and Allstate offered more coverage and perks at a lesser price than my Insurer at the time (Progressive). I immediately became a customer. Leah, you rock!!

With Pat you are not in good hands. I've shown up to his office for an appointment before only to find no one there for my appointment (was supposed to meet Rob Young). His office completely dropped the ball on getting the appropriate documents for my refinance, causing me over a 30 day delay, both me and my lender had to constantly email for updates. The resolution came when I switched agents.Not to mention my rates go up every renewal, even asking for the reasoning behind this took multiple days to hear back, Pat clearly cares about expanding his business and opening up more locations than servicing his existing.I've been with AllState since 2006, when my prior agent retired I was automatically assigned to this agency, wish I would have read his other reviews and switched to a new immediatelyUPDATE: on Dec 16th; Pat replied: "We understand you are very upset about the cost for FLOOD insurance. We have no control over "FLOOOD" zones established by the Federal Government. I care about each and every one of our customers day in and day out. I am sorry you are so disappointed."--- Pat this just further shows your level of disconnect. my issue has NOTHING to do with the cost of my flood insurance. It was a request for you to correct the flood zone on the policy, I even provided the info from FEMA and a flood certificate. Ironically, this would result in a higher premium which I WANTED to pay. This is due to your inattention and lack of serviceYou even let me know "Rest assured you will be taken care of this morning.". Never heard back that morning.Pictures speak louder than words, I've attached some screenshots of the lack of response and frustrations from my lender as well

I was a customer for a few years. And i didn't notice that my rates were slowly going up and up over the course of a few years. When I finally wised up and checked with State Farm and Geico, I realized that Patrick was charging 50% more than his competitors. When I asked about any discounts, I received no response. Horrible customer service.
