Beautiful little pet shop with great customer service.She has a wide variety of clothing, toys food, and treats for your dog or cat.My dog always wants to visit (it's encouraged by the owner). He loves to sniff around the store and pick something out for himself.My cat loves the food that was suggested.

We discovered this small shop while wandering through old town Snoqualmie, near the falls. It was getting near closing time, but the owner was still taking customers so we stopped in to get some treats for our dogs. The shop is a small, but well stocked. A good pet shop will have a mix of food, treats, toys, and accessories. This shop has it all. It is small so the variety will not match a larger pet store, but for the size it makes great use of its space. One of the smaller things that impressed me is that this store has partnered with a local entrepreneur, an 11 year old girl (at time of writing this review) who is selling her own catnip in small packages. It was cool to see and know that the owner of the store would do that. We did find treats for our dogs that did not contain chicken, as one of them is allergic to chicken, and did find some other items for them. Overall, this is a win for a small pet store in the area.

My dog hates his nails being trimmed. Love Bug was the only local place open for drop in Dec 2020. He went in, got it done, and was perfectly fine with no issues and there were no clicking claws afterwards. I have dealt with his nail trimming phobia for 12 years and this was the best outcome for all involved.

Love this little family owned place. Phyllis goes out of her way to bring in products that you like/need for your pet. The service is always spot on. She is practicing Covid-safe behaviors and will bring my dog food outside. Great curbside service. Great employees and great attitudes. I drive 20 + miles just to buy from this little place. We need more like it.

I bring my fur kid here for his bath time. Everything you need for a bath time is provided and you don’t have to mess with it in your own tub at home. It’s cost me $20 for my 50 lb fur kid. I love it! The owner is very sweet and accommodating. I call ahead to let her know I’m heading her way so she can be ready with the fur kids she is watching in the same area.

Love coming here after taking my dog yo the dog park. He rolls in elk poo and plays in the mud, then we come here and use the wash station to get cleaned up and he gets his favorite treat. Updated!! Used their grooming services today and they did an awesome job on my boys who hate being washed! One dog Was a mudball, elk poo covered mess and they turned him back into a beautiful husky, the other is scared of everything new, but they both came out beautiful! thank you Phyllis and Austin!

We are SO THANKFUL to have found this wonderful store away from home for my puppy. Phyllis is amazing. She took such great daycare of my 6 month puppy. Great communication and lot of love for my Duo Duo. My puppy loves her so much and he is always happy when he sees her. Phyllis is responsible and keeps us updated about my puppy. We were grateful to receive the photos or videos. We highly recommend Phyllis.
