I had no time to go to a bank this week and was desperate for change for $200 in small bills within a few hours for my nonprofit organization. This was the only bank open on a Saturday for miles and I went in on my lunch break. They would only give me small bills for $100. The teller shorted me a dollar and then rushed my out of there when I was trying to find another bank to go to. She claimed there was another bank across the street but I ended up having to drive to Issaquah. Thanks for nothing.

When I called with a question about a phone call I received from this branch, both the manager AND the employee, Ryan and George, respectively, hung up on me. Then they flagged my number so i couldn't call back. When I used a different phone I got right through. BAD.Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever received. In fact, this was customer DISSERVICE. I've filed a complaint with the corporate office, and will be closing my account at Key Bank as a result of this encounter (obviously they couldn't care less).

My experience with Snoqualmie Keybank has been great, walked in to open an account, overall it took 30-40 mins, and was walked through the steps clearly. Follow up call by the banker, to check in on online banking issues if any, debit card received, and other issues if any, was great!

When I first opened an account my SSN was typed incorrectly, wasn’t a huge deal. I corrected the lady she fixed it. (Her name was Jordyn, super helpful and kind.) The big issue was I didn’t have online access to my account for MONTHS so I had to call online banking (separate people from the bank who handle these issues) and it took them over three weeks to actually fix anything.I called the bank to see what else I could do because online banking was taking weeks and I just wanted access to my account. The woman who answered (I think her name was Ryan? I know it started with an R) was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Super condescending, was not listening to what I was explaining. I’ve met McDonald’s employees with better customer service skills than this woman. I plan on closing my account just from poor customer service and inefficiency that seems to be pretty consistent with not just this branch but the entire bank.

Worst experience. we opened an account around last march and mentioned 400$ bonus promotion code (that was advertised on Key bank website that time) on meeting 500$ direct deposit. we satisfied the direct deposit requirement, but the bonus was never credited. we checked with bank multiple times, but eventually we were said the promotion was invalid.

Appreciate the personal level of service I'm given every time I enter this branch. I especially appreciate the two relationship managers. Brian and Ryan embody all the good qualities you'd want from your neighborhood banker. Higher recommend starting a relationship with KeyBank.

Refused service to me for savings bonds which is legally required because I didn't have an account. Very frustrating and unhelpful.

They helped me refinance my home, with a great rate on my 1st and second mortgage, an a second that I can use as a credit line. Their knowledge and experience is second to non...that with great customer service makes it a great place to bank and stop by for treats with the puppy!
