“I had to make a claim that was very complicated to say the least. And the manager of this agency, Kim. Went above and beyond to make sure I got what was needed to rebuild after a fire. She said she would try every avenue to make sure I got what was needed and she delivered and did everything she said she would. This is not common today with the new norm being treated like just another number. Did not once feel that way with the great customer service I was given”
