I am Canadian and live in Vancouver BC. At the end of July my Canadian 2020 Honda CRV broke down while I was in North Bend Washington. Late Friday afternoon! Damn, doesn't get any worse than that as there is no service around. AAA supported by its Canadian equivalent(BCAA) helped me out and recommended GERE Automotive in Snoqualmie for service. This may seem straight forward but there are differences between Canadian and American Hondas and I had to go back home.
The problem was more complex than originally thought. Gere staff were extremely helpful and thorough in this international service. Gere staff took into account the Canadian variances which was essential.
The staff were very good, Jason and Mike.
The car runs fine I am very happy to have my car back.
The bill was pricey but, would have been on either side of the border. Such is the nature of car repair. I am completely happy with the work and customer service.
The Gere Automotive shop was tidy and clean. That was important as it demonstrates an attention to detail which carries over to their work.
I'm giving Gere 5 stars!

Go to basically any other shop and get a quote. Gere charges 3-4 times what other shops charge. $1400 for a single u-joint replacement, and they addressed none of the issues I actually wanted fixed. They also missed several items in their "comprehensive" inspection, including low oil... The absolute most basic thing you'd check. Also $900 to replace a dodge motor mount is RIDICULOUSLY overcharged, and they missed several items on their inspection on a different vehicle as well. Complete rip off and incompetent technicians. They will smile and lie through their teeth as they scam you.

I called to get an apportionment for my air conditioner to be looked at. The staff that answered the phone were knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. They gave me detailed timelines and estimates on what the cost would be to diagnose. I had an issue dropping the car off and they made MULTIPLE changes and accommodations to help this stay at home mom. I haven’t even taken my car in yet but needed to give kind words to their staff the schedules and answers the phone. Not many business are efficient, have quick service and lead with kindness. This is one of those businesses.

I can’t say enough great things about this place!
Cale was my service advisor and he brought me the best service start to finish. Most places up charge you and aren’t up front about what needs to happen and what can wait, this place does not do that. They pride themselves in great costumer service & gave me exactly that.
When you call either Cale Jason or Mike ( the owner ) will answer and get you to the right advisor promptly and quickly.
Thursday I had my check service engine light come on. Kept the car but met the boys because so many people in my life personally recommended them, and I mean look at their reviews, they are stellar!
We started talking about what might need work based off what was being read on my car. By Friday night, cars completely dead, not working, I drove it straight to them after jumping it. Monday right when they opened they got to work on my car since I was able to give them a key and by Tuesday end of day I had my car back. This was over a holiday weekend so I was amazed and shocked that the boys came through for me so fast.
They were able to order my parts and install them so fast, I’ve NEVER had an experience like this, and they were closed on the weekend.
Micah was the technician that worked on my car, that man knows a lot about cars! If you could ask for him, I definitely would. His inspection was accurate and detailed, he found issues that I had checked elsewhere and were missed.
Go see these boys, trust me!
I am so happy I gave them a shot because now I have gained a reputable and trusty shop that I don’t need to worry about getting taken advantage of at anymore. I was so tired of trying new shops and never returning.

Just picked up my daughters car from a full inspection. It was very detailed with pictures and videos. We look forward to bringing her vehicle back for recommended maintenance and repairs.

Our car broke down on I-90 and we had it towed to Gere auto repair. They were able to diagnose and look at our car the next day. They were very helpful and nice. I would highly recommend them for your car repairs.

We were on the road heading back to Colorado from the Northwest when we noticed one of our headlight bulbs was out. I tried to fix it myself, but with the Subaru Outback Wagon it was very difficult to access. Everyone I dealt with at Gere were super friendly and helpful. They worked me in quickly and had us back on the road in no time.?

I recommend Gere Auto Repair to everyone. I have not owned a new car for 30 years and have in the past done a lot of my repairs myself. Now I am over 70 years old, I need someone else to do most of those repairs and keep me on the road and safe. Gere Auto repair has never let me down. Gere does great work. The staff is awesome and knowledgeable. They're very thorough, and committed to seeing you get the value you expect for what you spend on keeping your car in the road. I has some issues after some work they did, we weren't sure if it was part of the same issue, or something undiagnosed. They helped track down the issue and told me what I needed to know to make an informed decision about next steps.
