Doesn't care about community at all!! My Mom just needed her $100s broken down into $50s and they wouldn't do it because she doesn't have an account. That's crap! Money is money, exchanging shouldn't require an account. Don't bother taking your business to this bank!

We've been banking with Wells Fargo in Snohomish for many years. So long some of our regular tellers have retired. With ATM we don't go in often but when we do we are given friendly 5star service.

I haven't been a fan of Wells Fargo given all the bad news about them in recent years. However, my mortgage was purchased by them so I had no choice. On my two occasions to stop by the Snohomish branch, I had very good customer service from the tellers and the manager. All very friendly and courteous. Only down side was the 10 minute wait in line. I still prefer online banking, but it is nice knowing if I have to go in person that I will have good customer service from my local branch.

I don't think their customer service is good because they are sooo slow. For example yesterday at the drive through I literally just gave them cash to turn into quarters and the gal at the window said "it would be a few minutes" I could see inside through the window and it looked like they were having a staff meeting in the lobby... super rude. I also don't like the poor attempt at small talk it's obnoxious, I go to the bank for financial reasons not pointless chit chat

Absolutely despise Wells Fargo! Horrible customer service and charge you for every little thing. US Bank is way better than Wells Fargo to say the least. Im surprised their still around. The branch also has horrible customer service, they act like you are bugging them and is understaffed. They were also charging me $20 a month just for checking and bill pay which is all free at US Bank.
