I have found my new vet. Libra DVM, Susan saw my dog today. It's rare when I get home I have a need to write a review. This is one of those times. From the phone call, to squeezing me in same day when my dog had an urgent medical situation. The person who answered the phone showed care and understood the urgency. The reception staff were welcoming and gave a good initial impression. The vet tech was knowledgeable and caring. She listened well and made notes and was wonderful and helped calm me. When Libra DVM came in the room, I knew I was in good hands. She was open and honest, and focused on care. The treatment plan was on point and I could not be happier with my visit.

We have been coming to VCA in Snohomish for over three years now and I'm so proud to consider ourselves members of the VCA family. Whenever one of my beloved fur children needs a visit they have 9.9 times out of 10 been able to get us in same day. A luxury that I know isn't available at all vets! I truly appreciate everything the people do their for my pups from the receptionists, to the vet assistants, the vet techs, and the vets! You all rock!

I would like to give a HUGE shoutout to VCA Animal Hospitals, but mainly the one in Snohomish.Teddy hasn’t been feeling well the last few days, and this morning it was the worst it’s been. I called our regular vet & not only was the receptionist unhelpful, she was extremely rude & dismissive.I then called VCA & not only were they concerned & extremely helpful, they were able to squeeze Teddy in for an emergency appointment immediately!! We were there for a couple hours, they gave him some medicine & fluids and ran a bunch of tests on him, which we will receive the results within the next 24 hours. Anyone who knows Tyler & I, knows Teddy is literally our baby, and with him being 15 years old it’s scary when something is going on with his health!I cannot recommend VCA enough!

I had to euthanize my senior cat and the staff at VCA Snohomish were sensitive, understanding, and helped this tough process seem a little less difficult. They even sent a sympathy card. I highly recommend them!

The staff genuinely cares about you and your pets. They are unmatched by anyone I’ve ever worked with in the past. Thankful to work with them.

Or husky has some autoimmune issues with his blood. We brought him to VCA in November for a test to see where his red cell count was, we couldn't get into our normal vet and we were concerned about him being lethargic, they fit us in on short notice. Dr Davis was able to find a pathologist that would do 2 blood tests that even our dogs specialist said they were breed specific tests and not for huskies. Point being, When I've had a appointment with Dr. Davis, she is very thorough and does her best to explain things in a understandable matter. I've never felt rushed. After every Tech appointment for just drawing blood, I always get a phone call as promised from her. The calls are very thorough as well. She and the crew at VCA Snohomish have made a significant step forward in my dogs venture to be a happy, healthy, energetic dog. I can't speak highly enough of this place. We live in Gold Bar, and will keep coming back. Thank you so much VCA Snohomish.

Great staff / care / experience here. As a newer dog owner just assumed "this is just what things cost now", but further research showed we were paying 2 to 3 times the average rate for everything. Very accommodating and great option if money is no object, but ultimately was cost-prohibitive for us.

Wonderful, caring people work here. They even gave our toddler a little holiday gift today when we got our pitty checked out. ? I’ve always had wonderful experiences with VCA and this Snohomish location has been one of the best yet. Thank you so much for everything you guys do!!

They told me to have my dog wait in the 80 degree car while I pay for my visit. I'm paying $300 to be seen and they say nothing is wrong with my dog but he should take these to play it safe. So my dog has to wait in the hot car while I pay. ??? Pay for medications my dog can take JUST INCASE something is wrong. Their card reader got declined 3 times so I was standing there for about 10 minutes while my dog is in the hot car. I'm paying money to be seen but told to wait in the car? Shame on this place and shame on the people I called at 4PM. Y'all need to learn customer service and learn how to actually be a animal hospital. "Have your dog wait in the car" havin ass "animal hospital". Don't go here if your dog is slightly sick because they will make your animal sit in the car!

They took PHENOMENAL care of dog that had passed on in my care. (Not mine) they were kind, caring, compassionate and professional. They took her right in and handled her so kindly. Even in death, they took special care. Top notch facility

Last week we brought my Chihuahua named Chewy here because she was suffering from heart failure. The shorter asain woman came RUNNING to me at the front door and quick as she could took Chew into the back. We were then brought to a private room within minutes and then called by the head Vet there. She was very compassionate. She clearly explained the facts, and her opinion of the choices we had to make for my dog. We ended up choosing euthanasia. Even though my heart is broken, I am so thankful we came here and not Diamond or some other place. The people here at VCA are incredible and they did all they could, and in the long run I will come back here in the future. I'll also be recommending anyone with an animal emergency come here first if they have an opening. Call ahead because if your pet is in dire straights, they will make room if they are able. Like they did for us that day. Thanks for your hard work and love! ? ?

On February 23, 2022 my husband and I had to make the horrific call to put our beloved German Shepard down because her cancer had taken a huge turn for the worse overnight. Definitely one of the hardest phone calls we ever had to make. The only positive thing that came from our call was the staff at the VCA. They have always treated our two dogs as well as my husband and I with the upmost respect and kindness. February 23rd was no different. Dr. Aaron Lothrop was working and we have nothing but wonderful things to say about him and his professionalism during such a hard time. The humanity he showed to our beautiful Molly as well to my husband and I was like nothing we have ever experienced before. Thank you to Dr. Lothrop and the entire VCA staff for always treating us as family and truly loving the animals you care for.

An initial pet exam is $95 when other vets charge $70-75. Also the lady vet didn't care about my cat, and wanted to add the tests and pills to charge.

I visited for the first time yesterday, Dr Woods and the rest of the staff were all SO lovely! Everyone at this location seemed incredibly genuine and provided Voodoo and I with such great service. I feel confident bringing my pets here for any future care needed. Thank you!
