I went in knowing nothing and both male and female staff I've encountered were super knowledgeable and helpful. they helped me get everything I need and made sure I understood how to use it as well. I love my cinnamon toast cereal juice. also their prices are cheap. the chargers they have for the 18650 batteries are only 20$. the cheapest on amazon I could find were 14+ shipping, waiting etc. nah I'd rather pay 20 and be done with it. other stores charged 30. i went in, in my pajamas looking pretty scrubby and even tho Everett is riddled with transients and I probably looked like one, they still treated me with respect. thanks sky, I'll be back tmrw for those salt coils.”

“I loved this place. Then I was sold a Hamilton battery and New Standard cart which are not compatible.Even though both items were on the same receipt, I was unable to return the unusable battery.I was, instead, offered a 40% discount on a new battery. Not quite the same thing.I’ll be back because the tenders are nice. But after effectively paying $27 for a $16 battery, I just like the place.I would advise ownership to confirm which of their brands are incompatible and make that information known to customers PRIOR to selling them together.”
“I have been a regular customer for over three years and have never had a problem. Until my last visit. I asked for N3 coils and got N2 instead. I didn't catch the mistake until I went to change coils a few days later. I live a long way from the store so I only make the trip once a month. The juice I get hasn't been in stock when I go. It's a good store, but too far for me now.”
“There humidor seems a bit in the dry side. Otherwise, highly recommend. Very friendly staff. And a decent cigar selection. Prices are not great but not out of line either.”

“It’s a pretty good store. The owners or managers need a customer service course though. I asked a guy for help, he pointed me in the direction of the other guy working. He was helping a customer so I stood back to not interrupt. After they left I figured he would have came over to me because he saw me standing and waiting or maybe the other guy would tell him I’m waiting for him. After he didn’t come back I start looking to see if I could see him and grab his attention, that’s when I noticed he had spent the last 5-7 minutes looking at me from a distance like he was waiting for me to shoplift. It wasn’t the best feeling. But it’s not the end of the world either. That’s why I removed a star.”
“Great smoke shop! They have cheap prices on all items cigarettes ? are priced very good. All of the employees are very helpful and knowledgeable on all of the items in stock. This is in my opinion the best smoke shop in Monroe and my go to spot for any purchase. The only time I don't make a purchase here is when they are closed. Which is another great thing about this store they are open till 8pm 7 days a week which is very convenient, especially considering the majority of other smoke shops typically close earlier than that especially on Sundays.”

Both Ken and Matt are very friendly and knowledgeable with all of their products and current deals they have and are constantly trying to bring in new products with consumer feedback. They even have some cool art for sale. I highly recommend to anyone in the snohomish/lake stevens area!”
