The best USPS I’ve ever been to.
Steven is extremely friendly.
He helped me through my fingerprint collection. Although my hands kept sweating, he just patiently waited and gave me advices. I’m thankful to have him through the process!

I had good experience with my and my son’s passport appointments. The person who processed the documents was nice and reliable. Everything was done fast and I had no complaints at all.

If you carry out any passport procedure and it's Sandi's turn, you will most likely have a bad experience. The lady needs a customer service course. Typical Karen.

Steve was so incredibly helpful today. So grateful for the knowledgeable people here that keep our packages moving around. This was the best experience I've had at a USPS office in multiple years. I'm so grateful!

They are very good. The best USPS you’ll walk into. Everyone is so helpful and accommodating. I didn’t think I will ever walk into a USPS where people are so polite and happy in general. Got the fingerprinting service done for Police clearance certificate, it was smooth and a true American experience.

Requesting a mail hold is easy... they just NEVER do it on the dates you request. We have had to literally remove our mail box from the street to keep them from delivering mail while we are away.Even after Hold Mail request, reminder notes inside box are ignored as well.Very amateurish for a US government department.

I have no idea why anyone would rate this post office so poorly. In my experience (and I come here often) they are quick, friendly and knowledgeable. I drive from a nearby town to this location because of their customer service and efficiency. In particular, there are two men who work here who deserve to be management. One works on the far right kiosk and the other in the middle kiosk. No complaints whatsoever about this place and highly recommend it to anyone in a hurry.

Had a piece of mail that was supposed to be delivered today from my bank and it wasn’t and when I called multiple times to ask if there was anyway to come and pick up the mail that was going to be delivered the next day, it just rang through until I got the busy tone. So I drove down here and went in to ask and was told “we can’t find it just because it’s been sorted already, sorry”. Wasted almost 45 minutes of my time because they couldn’t answer the phone and when I mentioned it the only response I got was “well we’re busy” in a rather rude and disrespectful tone, but after reading other reviews it seems I’m not the first person who hasn’t been able to contact them via phone and had to waste time coming down here to ask my question. Insanely frustrating and unprofessional, if you can go through a different post office I suggest you do, never had these issues when I was in Lake Stevens.

I'm sad to see all the poor reviews on Google for the Snohomish post office. I moved here about 2 years ago, and have found the staff to be the friendliest bunch of any post office I've frequented.

While some times the lines will be long the counter staff is always cheerful and willing to help you to the best of their ability. Always a fun atmosphere and caring environment.

Very sick of not getting my packages. Seams they enjoy giving our stuff to neighbors. Last time I complained my packages was thrown in my driveway.
