The excellent service by employees.. they are always nice no matter how busy it is and I’ve never been disappointed as a result I will not handle my Amazon returns anywhere else if I don’t have to… I even pay to print the label due to the awesome service!

I had a very easy time with my simple Amazon return. Brady had just finished helping another customer with a passport photo and tended to me with his full attention.
Brady scanned my QR code from my phone and made a cheerful comment about how his scanner was cooperating today. It made me smile. He offered a receipt and added a coupon!”
I thanked him and headed out.
Very fast.
Very personable.
Very easy!

The new self service machines are super quick and easy to use. The only issue I had there was that none of the employees knew anything about the Flat Rate Shipping boxes, which I found very odd considering UPS' big thing is the "if it fits, it ships" flat rate service. I was even on their own website verifying the information. I ended up going to the post office instead and got a better deal anyways. Just thought it was weird.

I can only say great things about our UPS store in Snohomish. We have been shipping with Store #1877 with our new company Science Under Nature for 2 years now & our previous brand for 4 years. We have been here for many employees that have moved on and a few that have thankfully stayed with this location! Special thanks to a great and easy going printer Rick & a lovely and helpful associate Emma. Never had any issues, they’ve always been kind & easy to work with, remembered to ask for our AAA discount & are always a pleasure to ship with. We feel like family here in town here when we know each other by name and share a smile often.
