“Jamie’s front desk staff and mechanics are very friendly and informative. Jamie’s takes pride in what they do and they stand behind their quality work. We were referred by our mechanic to Jamie’s for a transmission rebuild on my problematic Jeep Grand Cherokee. My Jeep loves to create complications (and headaches), after the rebuild, it didn’t want to stay sealed and continued to leak. Due to the number of challenges my Jeep threw at them, Jamie’s extended our warranty window. That really showed me Jamie’s stands behind their work because not many businesses would do something like that, especially for the number of obstacles my Jeep came up with along the way. Dropping the Jeep off one day, one of their mechanics said, he believes he knows what’s causing it to leak and he guaranteed it would never leak again. He nailed it- it has not leaked since! I have referred many people to Jamie’s and will continue to, knowing the excellence of their work and customer service.”
“I have been going to Jim for several years based on a co-workers recommendation. Each time I walk away respecting him more, and wanting to hang out with him! He is honest and has never recommended unnecessary repairs, in fact once he told me I still had several months left on my brakes and to hold off. On one of the visits he saved me thousands of dollars (approx $8k) by identifying there was something wrong with my transmission and recommended I take it into the dealership because it was still under warranty. Sure enough, there was a huge issue. I've recommended him to all my friends and family and they are just as impressed. Jim is the absolute best. I'm forever grateful to my former co-worker for recommending him.”

“When I had a jetta, this was my mechanic shop! They were AMAZING TO ME! ANNNND TOLD THE TRUTH! I was told by the VW dealer that my car frame was messed up and all these issues so when I came here I told them all about it but was confused on how there was frame damage when the car hasn't been hit or anything. BUT this place did a fill inspection and confirmed that my car's frame was fine. They fixed all the minor issues and explained to me in full detail what all they did, how I can fix or prevent future issues and everything else. This place was amazing and made me feel way better after being so open with me. Their communication skills are fantastic AND ALSO! Everything was affordable!! The dealership wanted to charge me $700 plus for the repairs. At this shop, $125. WOW! if you have a German car, I HIGHLY recommend this shop!”

“I first went to Bow Wow almost 20 years ago when shopping for parts for an old 93’ VW Jetta when they were located in Lynnwood. I just had them replace a timing belt on my 2005 VW TDI Jetta. Robert & crew did a great job and replaced the fuel pump that literally died after they got it back together. Although it cost me more $$ it was a very fair price and more importantly they know what their doing! Bow Wow is also a great source for getting higher quality electronic components for your VW or AUDI. I will be a customer of theirs for life.”

“We’ve been bringing our cars to Mark and the team at Z Sport for over 20 years. Of course, they always fix them. But what’s really impressive is they go beyond just the reason you’ve brought the car in (today was an oil change), and check other things (like tire tread) to ensure their customers stay safe. They’re extremely knowledgeable and are more than happy to share their knowledge. In fact I just listened to Mark talk with a customer for 20 minutes about general car maintenance, the best and worst cars for repairs, the importance of proactive maintenance, etc. The waiting room is comfy, the restroom is spotless, and the Keurig pods are plenty!”

Not only did he fix the 4x4 issues with my F250, he was extremely accommodating with me picking the truck up after hours when I had to deal with my daughter getting in a fender bender. From the outside looking in you may think it looks a bit messy but the gentleman working within know what they're doing and are offering kind, fair service. Today I showed up with an issue in my gas tank and foolishly it was my mistake and the gentleman helping me (seemingly the owner as he was the one answering the phone and giving the great service) advise me how to not make the mistake in the future and did not charge for assisting me. “We have been coming here for 10+ years and Jeff has always been more then accommodating. Our cars are always done fast and you can trust that they really care about doing good work. I have a problem with my engine where it burns oil very fast and Jeff is the only one who has been able to somewhat solve this issue for me. I always come here for not only oil changes but everything els. He will also check out everything for you too and make sure it all looks good.Our schedules are crazy and Jeff will get us in when he can , EVEN last minute most of the time (SO grateful) and usually has our car done in a day depending on what all needs to be done. “I brought my car in because the engine light came on. Since I was from out of town and heading home that morning, they agreed to squeeze me in. Most mechanics would see me as a female and easily manipulated into spending thousand of dollars on parts probably not needed. Bud’s Auto repair did not make me feel that way at all. In fact, they did not charge me. They ran the diagnostics, fully explained what needed to be replaced but reassured me that I would make it home safe. Steve gave me great advice on the parts needed.
