“Jamie’s front desk staff and mechanics are very friendly and informative. Jamie’s takes pride in what they do and they stand behind their quality work. We were referred by our mechanic to Jamie’s for a transmission rebuild on my problematic Jeep Grand Cherokee. My Jeep loves to create complications (and headaches), after the rebuild, it didn’t want to stay sealed and continued to leak. Due to the number of challenges my Jeep threw at them, Jamie’s extended our warranty window. That really showed me Jamie’s stands behind their work because not many businesses would do something like that, especially for the number of obstacles my Jeep came up with along the way. Dropping the Jeep off one day, one of their mechanics said, he believes he knows what’s causing it to leak and he guaranteed it would never leak again. He nailed it- it has not leaked since! I have referred many people to Jamie’s and will continue to, knowing the excellence of their work and customer service.”

“Wife's care had the tpms light on dash illuminated so took it in to have them check which wheel was out. They recommended the whole set be replaced and figured since car is like 15 years old those sensors were probably nearing end of life. Had them do all 4 since I didn't want to risk another failing and since I was already there might as well.
Additionally wanted them to check on an oil leak as I was not able to pinpoint where it was coming from. They found the source of the leak and gave me an estimate. It's a good chunk of change to fix the leak so something to consider whether it's new vehicle time or repair existing vehicle. I want to repair and wife wants a van.
Anyways service was really friendly and will use them for future work.”
“Had a transmission put in my 2011 Subaru Outback 3.6. They did a great job even though I had purchased a used Japanese transmission and stopped work once they noticed some difference in the 2 transmissions ( original and replacement). They were as patient as you could expect when you have them stop work in the middle of working on a vehicle once I figured out that the model numbers were just different between Japanese and United States we went ahead with the work and they did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone.”

I feel like they take care of my car as if it was their own. When I first did my business here at one point I received something from the mail, I got a scratch card. I didn't win anything but I thought that was still pretty neat. I also like the complementary shuttle service, you'll have to be a local to be able to utilize the shuttle service. It's not a bus but it's somebody's personal vehicle, like an uber”

“I first went to Bow Wow almost 20 years ago when shopping for parts for an old 93’ VW Jetta when they were located in Lynnwood. I just had them replace a timing belt on my 2005 VW TDI Jetta. Robert & crew did a great job and replaced the fuel pump that literally died after they got it back together. Although it cost me more $$ it was a very fair price and more importantly they know what their doing! Bow Wow is also a great source for getting higher quality electronic components for your VW or AUDI. I will be a customer of theirs for life.”

“This shop is really phenomenal. It is a hidden gem of great customer service. From the outside looking in you may think it looks a bit messy but the gentleman working within know what they're doing and are offering kind, fair service. Today I showed up with an issue in my gas tank and foolishly it was my mistake and the gentleman helping me (seemingly the owner as he was the one answering the phone and giving the great service) advise me how to not make the mistake in the future and did not charge for assisting me. “We have been coming here for 10+ years and Jeff has always been more then accommodating. Our cars are always done fast and you can trust that they really care about doing good work. I have a problem with my engine where it burns oil very fast and Jeff is the only one who has been able to somewhat solve this issue for me. Not only did he fix the 4x4 issues with my F250, he was extremely accommodating with me picking the truck up after hours when I had to deal with my daughter getting in a fender bender. “Amazing shop and friendly staff and overall hands down the best shop I've done business with for preventative maintenance. Highly recommend Buds for your transmission service and any repairs on your vehicle necessary. I have a 2014 Ford Taurus SEL and they performed a 120 point inspection, performed a transmission service on my vehicle and installed some bright led headlights.
