No customer service, order came wrong the last 2 times I’ve been there but today I was dining in and they corrected it but last time I was at home before I realized it wasn’t complete.I watched customer after customer get wrong orders.Get rid of the key pad orders and have a human greeting and taking orders!!!!

Ordered online Moments before pulling through the drive-thru. Order wasn’t even being worked on, And was told I had to come to the lobby. Still waiting. Glad they could accommodate. What’s the point in the app?! Glad the workers got a couple extra steps to place the online order in the pick up bin, when they could have just as easily handed it to me through the window. Great customer service.

Taco time is the NW favorite taco fast food. Their food never disappoints and the restaurants are always clean. My only complaint is change the name of the tots.

We go to this Taco Time a fair amount because it is conveniently located. The food is good and I really like how Taco Time has done a great job recycling and reducing waste. They are great Northwest company and I would recommend their food and their business model!

Super quick noms and one of the best looking Taco Time's around. Has a noice relaxing atmosphere with decent background music.The electric fireplace is a nice touch. Plenty of seating for large groups and is very clean.Parking: Some parking out front and rear shaded parking .

Both my wife and my burritos were cold on one side? Second time, once in Snohomish and once in Everett. Fresh made or frozen?Vegetarian options: Most meals can be made with pinto beans in lieu of beef or chicken.

Food was on par for the franchise and brought out quickly. Ordering faceless at the counter makes it a very cold interaction. I appreciate the sterility but it takes away from the atmosphere.

I live in the Southeast where Taco Time is not found, I lived for 40 years in the Northwest and came to love Taco Time, the tater tots are so crispy and busting with flavor
