This T-Mobile is hands down better than the rest I've been in. Kody has been amazingly helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Everyone can relate to what poor service you can get in this type business... not to worry, Snohomish T-Mobile will take care of you. Thanks Kody, you rock!!!

My husband and I moved from Verizon to T-Mobile. The service has been good. The customer service at the Snohomish T-Mobile store was awful. They told us that if we switched to them we get $200 per line on a vise gift card. This was a lie. We switched in August and it is now end of November and we still do not have it. Mu husband went in this past Saturday and spoke with an employee who then called the manger and they said they would honor it. My husband called today to track it and once again they lied and changed it to in store credit. Another way for them to make money. This store lies and the employees do not know what they are talking about. If you are going to switch do not go to the Snohomish store.

Karl the asst manager lied to me numerous times when I came in and signed up for a new plan. He signed me up for a different plan than I wanted and then later added the $18 monthly protection that I didn’t want. Please don’t shop here. He is untruthful.

I think it's always better to call support they can do way more and have access to make more changes..only downfall is getting someone who doesn't speak English.. T-Mobile guy in the store was super nice but really couldn't help us because we have a military acc and we wanted to do that free trade in deal.... so that was a bummer.

Must see or ask for Edgor C.I went into change my cell service from Verizon to T mobile. What an easy way to get better service. Without all the extra anxiety I have had in pastimes dealing with Verizon. Thank you, Edgor CurtezYou made my day. Ten stars ? all the way.

Alexis was very helpful, capable, knowledgable and patient. She fixed all our problems as far as using our phones worldwide and getting the best rates even though several steps were problematic.

Go to any other T-Mobile store! I've had more issues with this particular T-Mobile store than I can count. I have had representatives lie to me about promotions, add extra things to my account, and not work with corporate when returning devices. I've had to call the customer support line more than a dozen times and had to go back and forth with this particular store to get anything sorted out. Their representatives are taking advantage of customers just to get their incentives. I even had T-Mobile corporate recommend not going back here due to the amount of misinformation and false promises they make.

I took the time out of my one very busy day off to drive here and get my wife on my plan and get a new phone. the employee and managers complete lack of motivation literally talked themselves out of a sale. they didn't know how to do it and told me to call customer care! (like I didn't know how to do that). I have never seen such a lack of motivation to get answers and get a sale at a cell phone store, sorry I bothered you. I had money in hand and was about to buy a very expensive phone IMO I would fire both of them. they are causing loss of revenue 11/13/2022

This place is terrible. Do NOT buy or upgrade anything demo here. They won't call you back, will sign you up for false plans, and hired a bunch of pink kids named Karl and Micah.

Hi Karl, lets see, where do I start? 1.) Employees don't understand how the promotions work. 2.) You get quoted prices for promotions and plans that are lies. 3.) You call to get clarification, and get brushed off. 4.) When you go into the store to clarify why the plan on your bill was more than you were quoted, you get put on a lesser plan without being told (Yes, you did that Camden). 5.) The idiot employees apply one of my old phone credits to a T mobile internet cube, and then say that their manager has to fix it, and I would receive a call back (still waiting Karl). So, basically, in a nutshell - RUN don't walk away from this storefront of incompetence. BTW, T-Mobile reception sucks at best, so stick with Verizon if you are looking for reliable service.
