I don't know what is good with this company, first they give you a quote and agree then at the end it increases because they moved more than they should have.. WT---- then don't do business Matt. he can't even remember your name calls you different names and I'm sure this happens 'cause Matts schedule so screwed up. And stop using your cell phone Matt. You are constantly on your phone while the clock is ticking. Business hours has nothing to do with your personal problems...I don't blame what personal life you have and the least I care! Readers I had my belongings packed in a container by this guy Matt and when it reached the point of destination, my 2 big plastic bins where cracked because Matt was so smart that he placed heavy objects on it. My dining chairs some were scratched up, Everything started to fall like an avalanche when we untied the ropes because they didn't secure it well. even the movers here said that Matt guy just dint care (I agree) They unloaded all my belongings from the container and placed everything in storage so neatly in 2 hours Matt 2 hrs. Matt took more than 5 hours why? Because they want to rip you off the more hours for them the better and also work is on a stand still talking for over 20 min to a girlfriend or some piece of I don't know what. Also I will have to check the mirror I had in a protected box because my movers made me hear a clinging sound. I'm reporting this great fantastic guy Matt to the BBB and doesn't have the decency to even email me back when I sent him pictures of the damage they have caused us. Thanks Matt for a terrible business! Readers make sure you have everything in black and white and if he replies to you about me...check for yourself. I can send you pictures of his work.

We have called upon this company twice now to move us into a new home. They are so professional, timely and courteous. They reassemble furniture that has to be broken down and they also have remembered exactly where I've said I wanted furniture placed in the new house. They are also agreeable to moving something if you decide it doesn't fit in the space properly. There has never been any damage that has occurred even though I'm sure my packing skills are sub par. They truly are careful when they are handling your property. We'll not be moving again for at least 10 years but I'd happily use them if the opportunity presented itself for furniture delivery. And, I'd definitely recommend their services to anyone.
