I don’t think I can put into words how amazing all the staff and owners are at Snohomish mini storage. We appreciate everything they have done for us in helping out as much as they can then we first got moved here. Definitely can’t recommend them enough.

Had a unit with them for 3 years and was not dissatisfied once. The prices are the most affordable around the Snohomish area and the customer service is amazing. If I ever need a storage unit again Snohomish mini storage will be my go to choice.

Trashy parked cars covered outside as well hidden from trees in front so have to really look for it, no public trash cans or dumping bins, office workers are rude low lights at night and whole place is getto.

This place is not for anyone who uses there unit for storage of items one would sell on line or as I did with one storage unit and a parking stall unit, they harassed me and several people who I met at storage to test drive a car I had there with there knowing my intention to sell that car, not only did they come out as i was showing the car they would come out and state things like do you belong here , I don't think this is your spot, all followed with a im goning to call the cops before they even verified who o was or there question statements where fact or fiction. They also came out several times and said I was taking to long that putting or removing stuff out my storage should take fifteen minutes or less, even when i showed them I was taking pictures for resale along with putting smaller items in containers labeling box's with info and numbers to help identify where my items i was selling or keeping. So bottom line is if you only need a place where you will put your stuff and forget about it and not utilize your storage then this is your place but if you plan or it happens you go there more than twice in a week and spend anything over fifteen minutes ever loading or unloading then fo to any other place other than here abc is far more secure friendly and open way longer than this micro managed old theft ridden cop calling before they even know who they are calling them on and yes I had a good chance selling my car that day until the cops showed up and left with no one intruble but the buyer was shook up after being detained by gun point because the office said someone was attempting to steal a car from there facilities , they never apologized and i have since sold the car not there and moveed my unit elsewhere.

Fantastic customer service!! Really helpful at the main office, very patient and kind. I was able to leave my name and number and they called me when the size I needed became available! I referred my mom here and the gal in the office was very nice to her and showed her several units and helped her figure out how to lock the door. It was a hot day and she made the extra effort to leave the office more than once to help my mom. The units are very clean and well maintained! There is plenty of surveillance so it seems very secure. The prices are competitive. I highly recommend Snohomish Mini Storage! I noticed a poster in their office and it's for the local high school, they sponsor teams locally which is really cool!
