DO NOT GO HERE!!! If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I'm a really easy-going person, but I just got home from washing my car here and am furious at the service I received. I paid $16 for a car wash, pulled my car into the wash bay, and got 1/2 a wash. It soaped and brushed my car, but didn't rinse it. When I went inside to complain, the guy working there came out and said it happened because my car had an antenna (?????). He backed my car back into the wash and told me to get inside and the wash would finish. I got back in my car and it resumed. By this time another car had pulled up and was waiting to use the wash. The carwash stopped again in mid-wash, this time after applying one of the chemicals. The guy came back and told me I should've already pulled out when the blowers started and that I had taken the wash of the car waiting. First, my car wash was never completed. Second, the blowers had never started. Third, The green light telling you to pull forward when the blowers start never came on. Fourth, it was obvious my car had something sprayed on it now that had not been rinsed, so why would blowers have come on in the middle of the wash before all the rinsing happened? But the man working there insisted that the person behind me saw the blowers come on (NO, they had not!) and basically that I had stolen someone else's car wash. SO, in summary, I paid $16, did NOT get a car wash, but I did get accused of being a liar and a thief, and I had to come home and completely wash my car again to remove all the streaks that had been left by the chemicals that got sprayed on my car and never rinsed off. You can see from other reviews left about this place that they are not maintaining that carwash and that it doesn't work properly. Save your time and money and go somewhere else!

Nice little car wash. It may be needing repair. The wash stopped working while waiting for my turn and also while washing my car.Use the kiosk or get a code from the station.DON'T use your code or pay at the kiosk until the car in front of you finishes its wash. They can take your wash if they back up and then reposition inside the wash house.

$4.00 for 6 minutes is obsurd when they do not allow you to add more coins before time runs out. They charge a flat fee of $4 for 6 minutes PERIOD!! FURTHER, they screw you by only allowing you to use your debit/charge card!!

If this is the one with the out of order self service car wash in one bay and the other bay has a ridiculous brush with the pressure washer hose dripping from above all over you, yeah Don't waste your money. Very disappointing. The vacuums are terrible and charge $1.50

The detailing on my car after Snohomish carwash was stupendous. My car has never felt more clean. I feel like I'm taking a shower when I enter my car. I haven't bathed in days. I smell awful but I feel so clean. Wake up wake up wake up wake up wake up. They are in your walls. You see them too I know it.Services: Scratch removal

Worked here for almost two years and was displeased to say the least. The wash is almost always out of order in some way all the time. The chemicals don’t dispense right so you never know what kind of coverage your car will get. The sensors are unreliable and I’ve seen cars follow all the rules and still get their cars damaged by the brushes. The owner will let the car wash chemicals run out and replace them with water until he orders more. The vacuums are broken into nearly every day and nothing it done about it, so they’re almost always broken. The self wash if it isn’t out of order, hadn’t dispensed conditioner the entire time that I worked at the place. And finally, even when the wash damages your vehicle, the owner will make sure the responsibility lies with you and you won’t even get a refund. Do yourself a favor, and drive out of Snohomish to get your car washed.

The absolute WORST vacuums for vacuuming out your vehicle. My cheap $40 house vacuum is three times as strong as these. It wouldn't even vacuum up the small particles of sand and dirt. Stay away from wasting $1.50 on vacuums that don't even work. Stay away from this place.
