The dollar tree stores I've been in get to be pretty messy with product spread all over the place. This particular one seems to keep it in order and shelves are full of merchandise in it's proper spot.friendly employees on top of it”

“One of the best Grocery Outlet stores. Clean, friendly, has ice! Recently expanded hours closes 10pm currently is appreciated but may change if course. Seems to have less non- food items than other stores. Today, some prices were crazy high on 1/3 of what I was looking for, you need to know what's really a good deal. For awhile they have had real whipping cream without all the junk additives!”

“This is a great addition to a mostly residential area. There are a few apartment buildings here and it seems there are adding more units ground level. There are a few stores such as AmazonGo, a pet store with self wash for your pet, an infant clothing store, a cafe (new), a tap bar, a wine bar, ramen restaurant, a steakhouse, an Xfinity store, a barre studio, massage place and a dentist. I hope they open more businesses, maybe a coffee shop and maybe a pop up store.Plenty of parking, the area is safe, clean and has a bus stop right in front.”

“Cascade Plaza is an easy place to pull over and visit. This complex has several business: Safeway, Safeway fuel station, Domino's Pizza, Aaron's, JoAnn Fabrics, Dollar Tree, and Ross Dress for Less are just a few. Ample parking. Easy access to enter or exit Evergreen Way because this complex sits on the corner lot at an intersection with a traffic light.”

“Lots of parking in a shopping center with a nice QFC and Starbucks as anchor tenants. There's a Chick Filet drive through that dumps departing customers into the parking lot and a lot of the customers don't look, stop or yield when coming out of the drive through lane. I've nearly been hot several times so keep an eye out, as they do not.”

“Easy to navigate except if you're wanting to take a left turn out. You'll have to go all the way to the east side of the shipping center because you'll only be able to take a left by using the intersection light. The good thing about this shopping center is that I can usually count on good parking.”

“Getting there. The place is in major renovation and it's exciting to see. Lots of hope for a buzzing community area but there is still a lot to do. Most stores are boring and do not offer much engagement. Having Trader Joe's there now is a great step in the right direction.”
