Absolutely unprofessional and quite frankly Inconsiderate of clients time and over all satisfaction, But the worst part wa trying to call asking how’s your day three times before getting a short rude response when she realized u was a previous customer, Tried to lie and swindle me by saying she could work By the hour ? ok that’s fine but how fast are you at A,B, or C ? she said oh i’m bert fast four hours later and plenty of back pain they corn rows were complete not anything better then an auntie who knows colored ppls hair could do definitely it worth her asking price of 65 n hour for mediocre quality and very slow she may have done it just to make me not want to come back but if that’s how you felt just be honest and polite i can’t do it or i’ll only do it for and exorbitant amount. OVER ALL NOT WORTH THE TIME MONEY OR HASSLE GO ELSEWHERE AND YOU WILL BE HAPPY I PROMISE;)

Went and got a foil that was to be blonde with highlights. It turned out oranges red. She left foil on an hour. Tried to fix the spot also she created but could not. Now have to grow out this mess before I get a real professional to fix it
