We have had a virtual mailbox here for several years now, and until last year had a good experience. The girls who worked there knew us by sight and were always super helpful and quick with everything. Those employees are no longer there, and now the store doesn’t open at posted times, which has been very inconvenient since I’m usually in the area right after posted opening, but I’ve been at last five times now around 8:45 am and they’re always closed up. Some important mail has also gone missing, and while I can’t assume it’s PostNet’s fault, it’s only happened in the last several months, and more than once. They did say they had “staffing issues” and an issue with USPS not delivering daily, both of which are making for a much more negative user experience. The owner is very nice, but there have been no resolutions to issues I’ve brought to his attention; they continue to forget to mark my mail as not picked up (when it is) and charge storage fees, etc. I wish I could still recommend them, but at this point I’d look elsewhere for a virtual mailbox location.

Paid And Had Package To Be Shipped Overnight, On Friday It's Been 4 Days Now And It Still Hasn't Been Shipped Out , Won't Drive To This Location Again To Do Business

I used PostNet for the "convenience" but it cost me money and time and now my package is late. PostNet sent my package as a letter so it came back to me 11 days after I mailed it indicating insufficient postage. When I took it back to PostNet, they told me I needed to pay to have it tracked. I took it to the Post Office and they helped me get the correct postage on it.

I did not realize how good I had using this UPS store location I till I had to go to a different location since moving out of Snohomish. They were always friendly and helpful. Never had a problem with any of my packages.

I have come here twice to drop off a fedex package and eveytime they are close. Their store hours on their door and website say M-F 8:30am and I come at 9-9:30am and there is still no one there. There is also not a sign saying currently close or anything. So it's very unfortunate since I drove from far away to do this drop off. Will never do business here as it's unreliable.

Used to be good, I have been a loyal customer more than 12 years and referred many people to PostNet. Not anymore. Owner "Hal" is never ever there and per his employees is not able to ever be contacted even by them whether by phone, text or email. Have had THREE packages disappear in as many months. One wasn't scanned in so Amazon replaced it, another was "accidentally" loaded back on the truck and had to be tracked back to Tacoma and eventually I reciever a week late. Now a very important package was delivered and scanned in by Postnet on October 10, yet mysteriously wasn't there when I went to get it, and they have no response, cannot reach "Hal" who they say is the only one authorized to review the video to show who STOLE my package which I cannot afford to replace. 7 days later and after multiple emails and calls to "Hal" NO RESPONSE at all, nada! Employees just shrug like "so what?" No one is accountable or gives a rip, and I won't do business there any more. I am moving my PMB to the UPS store up the road where porch pirates can't just walk in and steal whatever is strewn haphazardly around the lobby while employees ignore them.

I paid 209$ dollars to send a cellphone for my daughter she lives in Portugal.They told me that would be there in 4 days. Its already 2 weeks and its not there yet.I will never use thus place again

Dropped off two fed ex ground packages with prepaid label in less than a minute. Friendly staff. Gave me a receipt. Will def use visit again. Convenient location.

used to work with this company a lot years ago. About 3 months ago had a few situations were items were not packaged properly ended up being returned and slightly damaged from no packing.Just two weeks ago dropped off two packages with Prepaid labels . Only one was scanned in by FedEx , the other either did not make the truck or I hate to say this but it appears to be some type of theft . Contacted the owner to have them review video surveillance to help find out what could have possibly happened. All he could do is refuse and tell me all about what he knew about shipping issues for the last 20 years. Nothing to address my specific issue and why I was contacting him . He kept rambling talking and cutting me off, very rude kept telling me it was FedEx's fault in the contact them. However Fedex do not have any record of picking the item up . This was an expensive power tool and now I am out the money and the owner does nothing to even help . Highly suggest not patronizing this business . The previous owner was awesome and went out of his way to do many things for customers and provide exceptional service . The current owner must have not been either trained properly or decided to throw that manual out the window. Now after weeks with failed Fedex investigation, refused claim, may be forced reporting this is as a theft by Postnet Snohomish
