Im a girl and dont know much about cars selection and prices as i would expect them to be the only thing is i bought wiper blades wasnt offered help to find the right one had to ask . I cant use their little co.puter thing. And never offered to assist to put them on as i would expect.

Very helpful and friendly employee. I was able to get my turn signal bulbs quickly but I bought the last one. Hopefully they have a quick turnaround on restocking their items.

Where do I start. Staff was friendly but couldn’t find parts that they said they had. When I went to use the restroom the back halls were unkept and the filters were everywhere. Manager and assistant manager don’t seem to care about hygiene. The shelves out front were also unorganized. I like O’reillys as a brand but am probably not going to come back to this store.

Head light went out on my car the same day my husband left for a month, so I went to this location to inquire about a new one as this is where he usually goes for any auto parts. I know what make/model/trim package my car is, but when I was asked what kind of bulb my car needed I was unsure. I said my car is right there, maybe you can tell, and pointed to it out the window, as it was right in front of the store. The associate seemed uninterested in looking and said "it's probably this bulb that's $139" and so I asked if they assisted with install and was told no. He claimed it would probably be a bit challenging as he use to work on those cars, which was not reassuring for me to want to try to attempt this on my own. My sister recently had her headlight replaced in the same make/model by autozone, so I decided to pass on the $139 bulb and lack of customer service. I called my dealership who was able to replace not one but both bulbs for me for less than o'riellys quoted me for one bulb and I'd have had to figure it out myself.Two stars instead of one because if you don't need assistance and have confidence in what you are doing when it comes to your vehicle, this location is fine, and we haven't had any other issues. But if you have any uncertainties, don't look for help here.

This is my local O'Reilly's and I do all my own auto work and am restoring an old truck so I do a bunch of business here. They are always helpful, have people who know what they are talking about, and a bunch of them have restoration projects of their own. Always a pleasant experience, always extra helpful and willing to lend a hand (like hefting a warranty battery out to my car for me when I had a hand injury). Clean store too, props to the staff and management.

One of the clerks took 30 minutes to figure out the size of the air filter I had on my truck when it shouldn't have taken more than 2 minutes (2 simple measurements). I also ordered some spark plugs and coil packs (they were the right ones), but I was 1 coil pack short, and when I mentioned that I ordered 3 and not 2, the clerk said "No you didn't, you ordered 2." No I ordered 3, and the customer is always right.
