What a delight it has been to work with the folks at Lowlands Farm the past three years! The vegetables could not be more fresh, and the variety has pushed us to try new recipes throughout each season. One of the super valuable "extras" that comes with the annual CSA subscription is the ongoing flow of creative ways to enjoy each item in your box. We were thrilled when flowers were added to the menu, especially the Dahlias and Tubers! We also took advantage of the farm-fresh eggs now offered.
