I brought my tired Grand Cherokee in to address some noises, leaks and concerns. Justin gave me a call that day to discuss his findings and our options moving forward. His honesty, patience and kindness were so refreshing. Our family decided that it was just time to retire the ol' girl instead of getting her repaired but the interaction alone made a customer for life of us. Thank you guys for being so wonderful! We'll be back for sure.

Moved to Snohomish a year ago, and was referred to them by a friend (who only takes his cars there), but also loved their signage while passing them on I-9. Scheduled a visit for an oil change as well as to check on some leaks I noticed on the driveway.Got a call from Justin the day they worked on it, with a detailed list of things that were wrong and things that needed to be fixed (some were supposedly fixed by another shop 2 years ago, but apparently they didn't use OME parts). Hilltop Auto also found some additional things wrong as they dug deeper, and even with the added on costs, I appreciate their thoroughness and honesty.Pricing was fair, and service was great.Will definetly be using them going forward!!

Check engine light came on in my RAM. After having another shop repair what they told me was wrong, the check engine light didn't resolve. The other shop said it would be another more extensive repair to fully resolve the issue. I went to Hilltop for a second opinion before replacing all the parts that were being suggested. Hilltop said the issue with my truck was common, and was often misdiagnosed. That was exactly what was happening in this situation. Hilltop did the work for about 1/3rd of the cost of the other shop, and it was resolved correctly the first time. I had been going to the other shop for years, and with multiple cars. I'll be switching my business to Hilltop. They were professional and a good value. All the repairs were explained to me before they started the work.

I now live across the state over 6 hours away and I still find it worthwhile to schedule with hilltop anytime I'm visiting the area.Hands down the most honest, helpful, and caring mechanic you can ever find. My sister said this was a great place so when I had to get my car towed at 10pm we chose here. They were amazing. I hope I never have to get another car towed that far from home but if I do these are the guys to fix it!
