“Chinook lumber is on my list of places i wish i would have shopped sooner. i always thought this was a store for pros, but when i finally had a lumber order large enough i figured i’d at least give them a chance to quote the order. they came in hundreds of dollars cheaper than the home center, including delivery, and quality of materials is much higher.Delivery came a day early, and was dropped unattended at my garage and ready for me to use whenever i got to it. the driver even noticed one of the items had slight damage during delivery and a replacement delivery for the damaged item showed up later that day without me even having to call about it. try getting that level of service from the home center!”

“Worked for the county and used to stop here, quickly - lol, in the morning. Was fun cause they had a trivia question each day.Have been in a few times lately. The store is a lot bigger than it looks from outside. Nice and roomy, clean, nice bathroom, has hot food and the cashier's are friendly. They also sell propane!”

“This location gets 5 stars! If I was reviewing Home Depot outside of this location I would give them 1 star but this location has been amazing. The people who work here are actually helpful and so nice. My delivery of a refrigerator turned into a nightmare but the people in person at the store did absolutely everything they could to help me and try to make it an enjoyable experience.”

“This store is by far my favorite Home Depot location. The people are always helpful and knowledgeable in finding the correct items for my many projects. This past weekend was no exception. As I wondered starring eyed in to the lumber department (this department is definitely not my area of expertise) I was greeted by an employee that not only helped me pick out the correct pieces of wood, he also used their giant saw to cut them to measurements I needed.Thank you for the great service!”

“Just picked up a huge toolbox from them, had a little issue with them not being able to deliver to my house and getting a refund for my delivery charge. But I am giving 5 stars because of the guys who eventually helped load my truck up were awesome. Super nice and friendly and there was about 5 or 6 that went out of their way to make sure it got done right. I don't remember all of their names but they included Mitch and Mike. It's hard to find a group of people willing to drop what they are doing and help you with a smile on their face. Thanks again for the help fellas!”
