I had an urgent need for my dog Zoey today. They got me right in and all the staff was nice and Dr. Ochsenreiter was knowledgeable, kind and took the time to go over everything I asked. I didn't feel rushed or pressured into doing anything unnecessary. He was very gentle with Zoey as well.

I would never go anywhere else but here. They don't "act" like they care. You can truly tell that they really do care about your furry babies. Where other clinics just do the bare minimum Companion Vet Clinic go above and beyond.
Thank you all so much for helping my baby to get and feel better ?

I have a completely healthy dog who is nearly two years old and needs her flea medication. I use PetMeds for her medication and it was time to renew the prescription. When PetMeds contacted Companion Vet Clinic the veterarian refused to approve a renewal without me bringing my dog in for an annual exam. There is nothing wrong with my dog. She is up on her shots, administered by Companion Vet Clinic, as was her initial perscription for flea medication. I am just trying to that perscription renewed. This is not a new condition for my dog that would require an exam. When I called Companion Vet Clinic the receptionist told me it was "against the law" for the vet to approve a perscription without first seeing my dog. I asked for the name of the law and the authorizing agency and she did not know. There is no law requiring that a vet see a dog before renewing a perscription for flea medication. This may be their practice to get more money in the door, but it is not a law. I feel this is yet another way to make the owning of a pet financially challenging, especially for seniors on fixed incomes. The perscription is nearly $100 and add an unnecessary annual exam on top and I am looking at $200+.

Highly recommend anyone coming to this Vet. I got my tiny dog of 5lbs neutered here. I was very worried, espically of how small he was. He even got his baby teeth extracted, with micro chip as well and went home with pain medicine. This Vet was very affordable! They charged me $330. (Every dog is different/procedure, so price may vary) But we had a wonderful experience here. The Doctor was super sweet, and staff was great! I highly recommend to anyone and family!

I started coming to this Vet based off a referral from a friend. This Vet clinic has let me and my pets down more then once. A year ago I brought my 17 year old cat that wasn't eating or drinking. He was definitely on his way out. I took my cat back to this vet THREE TIMES with my family thinking they would put him down. We knew it was his time to go. The Vet kept on saying he was fine. My cat ended up dying on our bed. Starved to death. The only thing I could think of was it was all about the money for the vet with the return visits. Broke my family's heart. So I kept bringing my heeler to this vet. They can never schedule an appt correctly. They can never call you back when they tell you they will regarding medications. They also can't get you in on your appt on time. I had a appt at noon. No other patients in the clinic. My dog was scheduled to get a steroids shot for itching. Same shot he had a year ago for the same reason. I was not told he needed a full exam for this shot while making the appt. Regardless, he just had a full exam 5 weeks ago. Ok, whatever. 20 mins go by. Still have not started appt. We walked out. If I show up to my appt on time. You better be ready for us. And don't start throwing more fee's at us. Should be discussed when I make the appt. The vet tech couldn't even help me get my dog on the scale that wasn't even wirking correctly. Ridiculous!!!!

This is my usual vet where I take 4 animals. However I was not as satisfied when I took a senior dog in distress, paid for xrays and sent away because they said my dog need emergency service which they weren't equipped to deal with.Three vets later another vet took blood work and told me the numbers indicated my dog was in liver failure and wouldn't make it. If my regular vet had just done blood work he could have saved us 12 hours of grief watching my dog struggle.

This place is amazing!!! It is SO hard to find a good vet. They support you no matter what! This location has truly wonderful staff who are always very happy, helpful and friendly! I never feel rushed or a bother to call in with any questions I have. Many places you feel judged or like you're bothering someone...not this place! They always hVe my pets health front of mind and are thorough in explaining why something is going on and provide many different options to you. It's obvious they care about their clients! I am so sad I won't be able to see them anymore due to a move, but who knows I may just make the trek up here because they are just that wonderful! 5/5 stars.

The only vet clinic that will keep my dogs together. They are litter mates and can't be separated. Plus, everyone is patient and gentle and knowledgeable. I won't go anywhere else.
