$560 for a $29.99 LTO 5 tape. There was no image with the product, instead it was a place holder with text listing the product as a 'clone'. This is very worrying as they are advertizing this as a REAL IBM LTO 5 tape. BUYER BEWARE!!, with this kind of mark up on a miss-advertized product, it would be best to buy whatever you are looking for from a REPUTABLE dealer. That or make them give you a MUCH better price. (they wont but you can try)

They had a very high restocking fee an item that was never even opened from the package that they sent it to me in. When talking to RMA they said that they would charge a $75 fee if nothing was found wrong with the drive, but when I went to actually get my refund they charged a 25% restocking fee. This is extremely high for an unopened / never used item and is costing me over $500.00 on something that I have and will never use.
