I frequent this bank for cash withdrawals and currency exchanges. Kelsey is alway very helpful and kind. She gives me information on services such as the chase private client checking without being to overbearing. Always happy to see when she is working in my branch and I got a free pen from her!

Krysten helped me with notarizing my documents, I called bank earlier and they were very quick to schedule a notary appointment on the same day, loved their quick service, staff is pretty friendly!

I am mostly leaving a review for Dom, who has got some serious customer service. Definitely went all kinds of miles I didn't even ask him to run. I came in to make a change of address and then asked about a service fee that had gone undetected from a few months ago. He couldn't immediately reverse it but said a manager might be able to. He then found out they were all busy so took my name and number and assured me he would get it reversed and give me a call to let me know when it was done. Wow! That was super extra and I was satisfied right there. Then I got the BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE moment! He said I also noticed you used a couple non chase ATM's recently and got charged some fees there, it will always be helpful if you use our ATM'S in the future but I will go ahead and reverse those fees for you too. WHAAAAT! WOW! This is the phenomenal treatment I have always received from Chase and continue to bank with them. They are really for the customer and Dom has done a superb job of demonstrating that. Thanks guys. Give this man a raise, he deserves it.

Potential new customer. Tried to open a new account in addition to a business account and was told they don't have time today to even talk with me. I walked out. If I need to work around YOUR schedule, this gives me an idea of your customer service standards.

Terrible service! Apparently, after 3 tries, they still can't get a 3rd party company to issue the correct checks. Also, they are "NOT ALLOWED" to give me the name and phone number of the District Manager for this branch. Ridiculous! I have now filed a complaint against the branch. Finally, I spoke with the branch manager and he acted as though my situation is a joke. For now, I will not be using their credit card and if I do not hear from a Branch Manager soon, the next step will be to close my accounts and advise every person I have sent to them, which I have NEVER received a penny for, of what has transpired. So, branch manager who didn't bother to tell me your name when you called, you're terrible at your job!

Great cutomer service. Always had a good experience here. They have free coffee and cookies when they are open. The cash machine is inside the first set of doors and accessible 24/7.

This is my go to branch. The manager is super nice and always kind. The tellers and bankers always seem well educated. Have never had to wait in a long line either.

We started with Chase simply to make life easier for transferring money to our son at college, no assumptions, good or bad, on what to expect...Wow, talk about a (pleasant) surprise! The people who work at this particular branch would give Nordstrom a run for its money, in terms of customer service! Kind, helpful, and above all, appreciative of every customer! They will treat you as if your particular account was their most important; when was the last time you could say that? It is quite clear that this mindset is simply part of the culture of this bank. How cool is that? My only fear is the corporate office may read this and promote all of them to manager status and move them on to run other branches! Thank you for making our life easier. You are the best.
