Completely wanted to avoid those infamous puppy mills and wanted to ensure we found an exceptional breeder who worked tirelessly to attain a very healthy bloodline in his dogs. We found that in Craig. He was wonderful in handling our interests in purchasing a new pup. He was very responsive calling me back in a few hours after sending the message I left on C&G's website. We talked for a good amount of time, but it surely didn't feel like it. I could tell he truly loved his dogs sharing some his stories and experiences in competition and providing a very thorough explanation on the bloodline and health for his dogs. Throughout our discussion, I felt at ease and tried to absorb as much of the information he shared. By the end of our phone call, I felt a connection with Craig; he had won over my trust. At that time, my wife and I were hopeful that there would be a pup available. There was! Craig was flexible enough to schedule a visit to drop by and see the pup the very next day. We actually got more than we bargained for as he brought us to his kennel introducing us to the last two remaining pups, their mom (Ferrari), and aunt (Destiny). Both female dogs came up to us like gentle teddy bears and couldn't get enough petting from the both us! We also met his dad, Titan...he was huge! All of his dogs are just outstanding looking German Rottweilers! We are truly happy with our new pup who we named Tonka...like the truck. :) My wife is soooo happy to have her own pup; she had been waiting for over 10 years. Thank you Craig for all your help and coaching...we truly cannot thank you enough for the joy you have brought into our lives!!

We have two puppy's from Craig and we wish we had found him sooner. The love he has for his dog's is truly heart warming and making sure they all go to a good home no mater what. He always educate us about the bread and when we have questions or need his advice he always responds to us. We send Craig phots and update him on life with our puppy's so he can see how much we love them and that he can see that he made a good choice. We'll always go to Craig for a new puppy in the future. ❤️

It has been a dream of mine, for about ten years, to own a Rottweiler. C&G German Import Rottweilers (Craig) is an expert, caring, and thoughtful breeder. He is all about the animals and the humans that are going to take them home and less about the money. You will have the best experience when you elect to get one of his pups and do what he advises to care for it. Happy day that I was given his referral!

Craig deserves a 5 star and more. He's extremely knowledgeable on how to properly take care of Rottweilers, and is extremely helpful and kind. My family just got a rottie puppy from him and are super happy with the puppy, the process, and everything!

C&G is beyond words. I have wanted a Rottweiler for the large majority of my life. After many years I have finally succeeded. We brought Loki home early January 2022 and he has surpassed anything we could have hoped for. C&G takes absolutely every possible action to provide a safe and clean environment for his dogs and puppies. From a custom temp controlled kennel house to ensuring that every one of his dogs are at peak health at all times. His dogs have the best temperaments and very obviously happy. I will honestly never buy a Rottweiler from another breeder. Thank you C&G for helping this family add an amazing member to their family. I am sure you will continue to do this for many families to come.

We are thrilled that we found Craig and his beautiful dogs. We are blessed to have our new puppy. It was such a fun transaction and couldn't be happier. If you are serious about getting a Rottweiler puppy C&G is the best place to get your puppy. Highly recommend and I will always get my puppies through them.

As soon as we got there and got out of the car with out 6 year old, someone opened the front door and 2 110 pound rottweilers ran out to greet us with no owner in site. They immediately came up to us and although were good natured we were really surprised that an owner would allow two unsupervised dogs to greet people on their property without any heads up. What if my son freaked out and ran from them, what would they do? What if one of us did something they did not like and thought we were challenging them? The owner, Craig, showed up 2 minutes later to meet us and started talking about his dogs and his breeding habits. Everything sounded great and we were getting along but his two dogs started getting a little over excited with our 6 year old and wouldn't stop herding him which is fine and totally normal. But when he called them to stop doing what they were doing, the dogs didn't obey him. After several calls for them to stop and them not complying, he went up and hit them on the head hard and yelled at them. They immediately recoiled and went away. As you can imagine, I was in utter shock... We continued chatting and went on a walk around the grounds. His two original dogs were still with us and walked with us on the tour. When they started getting a little excited again around my son, he ordered them to stop but they didn't. So he yelled several times and when they wouldn't again, he slapped them on the head again hard. At this time, I looked at my wife and she looked at me and we knew that we would never buy a dog from this breeder. At this point, we decided to wrap up our tour short and started heading back to the car. He called his two dogs over to him at one point and they both refused and shied away, walking away with their heads down. He just yelled at them to go and continued as if everything was normal. We were utterly disgusted at the treatment that he demonstrated in 30 minutes. He yelled multiple times, slapped twice, and hit them each in the head once while we were there. No wonder they didn't want to obey him, they are terrified of him! He showed us what kind of breeder he is in those 30 minutes that we decided that we would never buy a puppy from him to continue bankrolling this kind of abuse. It was absolutely unacceptable and cannot believe he is allowed to breed dogs. He says all the right things and works on getting the correct genetic test done which he prides himself on but his treatment of his dogs is totally unacceptable.

We went to visit ***** Rottweilers in ********* ** to meet the breeders dogs and get a sense of whether or not we wanted to get a puppy from them. Here is our story:As soon as we got there and got out of the car with out 6 year old, someone opened the front door and 2 110 pound rottweilers ran out to greet us with no owner in site. If he does that in front of strangers, one can only imagine what he does behind closed doors. We decided that we will not pay this kennel any money to bankroll this sort of abuse. Not recommended

We have two female puppies (half sisters) from C&G, one currently 5 1/2 months old and the new arrival at 10 weeks old, and they are absolutely adorable. Smart, playful and inquisitive. We couldn't believe how well tempered and well adjusted they were from the very first day onward. Craig has been great to deal with and follows-up with us to make sure all is going well. We couldn't be happier with our two puppies!

Our experience with C&G has exceeded our expectations. From our first phone call to get information, to the visit to his home to meet his family of big sweet Rotties, to picking up our pup and bringing him home. They were quick to answer our questions, and even had a full packet of health records for baby, mom, and dad, & helpful info/training materials ready to send home with us. You can tell how much Craig cares for all his doggos, and we are so happy to be part of the C&G family. Their dogs are beautiful, healthy, friendly, smart and have such great personalities. When we are ready to add another fur baby to the family- we will be connecting with C&G again without a doubt.

I’m in my fifties and have had a total of 5 Rotties in my life. I love the breed. Home doesn’t feel like a home without a Rotty in it. Years ago I bought my first C&G Rotty. She taught me what the difference is in excellent dog breeding. She had every Rotty trait that I had always loved and brought those traits to 100% perfection. Instead of just being a wonderful loyal loving dog, she was so bonded with me that she knew before my family did if I needed anything. She never left my side. She was calmer, quieter, and by far the most intelligent dog I have ever known. I’ve had MS for over 20 years. My C&G girl was by my side through tears of treatments and flair ups and never failed to help me. I never took her anywhere without hearing that she was the most beautiful Rottweiler that people had ever seen. I now have my second C&G girl same bloodlines as my first. At 4 months old she’s by my side 24/7.She sits, lays, stays, walks on a leash and already knows every time I need her. She’s just as perfect as her auntie with her own unique personality. My veterinarian could not say enough good things about the rare quality of breeding both of my C&G dogs came from.I could go on and on about C&G’s amazing dogs but to save you more reading time I will close with the truth. I pray that Craig never stops breeding Rottweilers because I never want to have to live without one of his dogs.

Our puppy Cooper was born May 2021 from Xena and Titan's litter. Not only is he adorable but he has the BEST temperament, he loves people, he loves other dogs, and he's so smart. We couldn't have asked for a nicer pup.Craig is so great to work with, he has answered all of my questions, he loves his dogs so much and he's knowledgeable and responsive. If we ever decide to get another rottweiler puppy it will only be via C&G!
