The entire team at BullerTech is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient.We worked with them to upgrade our server with new hardware and software and also to migrate our email to Microsoft 365 from Google. Every step of the way, Joel and Peter ensured that we were clearly informed on how the project would be executed and answered any questions we had. Whenever we ran into a road block, the team at BullerTech went above and beyond to help us resolve the problem, even when that meant collaborating with our third party vendors to find solutions.We definitely made the right choice partnering with BullerTech to manage our IT systems, and would highly recommend them to anyone for both general IT management and large projects.

I cannot recommend this company enough. Joel, Rob and their team have gone above and beyond to help me get my new business up and running in the very short timeframe that I had. Not only did they hook me up with my entire computer hardware and software including all the security monitoring I need, they secured my domain name, set up emails, and they also accomplished the impossible getting my internet installed in record time through their contacts in the undustry. Rob did a fantastic job installing all the hardware onsite and hooking up the network even staying late to be sure the cords were well managed and looked good. I have been working with the BullerTech team for about 8 years now and I can honestly say they just keep getting better. When Rob says, "Honest, friendly, fast..." he really means it. No hype. I have watched them grow and was admittedly worried that service would go down, but they have added like-minded individuals to their team that give me and my company the support we need. Thanks guys!

BullerTech is EXTREMELY knowledgeable, patient, kind and helpful. We've worked with Rob, Joel, Peter and Kadin and each one of them takes the time to help us solve problems small to large - we're not very tech savvy and it's so nice to have a reliable company to help with the tech stuff so we can focus on other things. Not only are they extremely helpful but they are quick, too! Highly recommend reaching out for any technical needs you may have.

The organization I work for was having issues with our payment plugins for months and that made life painful for me.After only 2 days Rob and his team were able to resolve the issue and did so with quick, courteous communication.They have a lot of great services we make use of such as their remote access service, which I had used to great effect when I was home for nearly a month with Covid.I can't recommend these guys enough!

I have worked with both Rob and Joel. I have always received very prompt service within one hour!! Work done remotely to resolve my issues was fantastic as I could try to learn from the process. Also, I find their demeanor to be professional, patient and very good at diagnosing where I needed help! They also helped an organization I belong to set up email service for bulk mailing volume capability we needed! I have enjoyed their service for years and would highly recommend them!!!

I found BullerTech when I moved to the Seattle area January 2020. Talk about a PERFECT FIND. Bullertech is NOT simply technically the best IT providers I have found in the last 30 years; they are also the most integrous and reliable tech humans I have ever met. As a small business, I need things done right the first time, so I don't have to pay to do them again. These folks 100% get it right for me the first time all the time. Bullertech designed my author website, and I couldn't be happier. Their customer service is excellent. Rob was great! I'm in Dallas so everything was done remotely but they are quick to answer emails and also consult over the phone (not common these days). They even did a share screen tutorial of how to edit my website. I love the finished product. And their prices are very reasonable. It was a pleasure to work with Bullertech!

Our relationship with Bullertech began out of calamity. Out of nowhere our business email accounts began getting relentlessly spam bombed to the point where we couldn't work. We called around for tech help to a range of underwhelming responses....until Bullertech! They immediately made our problem their problem. We worked through the email issue and moved right into all the other tech projects we've been dreaming about implementing but unqualified to do. All aspects of Bullertech have been 5 stars especially availability and range of expertise. We highly recommend.

I have been using BullerTech for over 10 years. I should have written a review years ago. Rob is so knowledgeable and helpful! I have had him help me remotely on my home computer many times. From basic clean up to problems, he has been able to solve my computer issues.I have also purchased computers through him. I tell him what I need ie gaming, basic email function or video. He has the knowledge base to recommend the best computer for my needs. His response time is excellent as well.And most important- I trust him!
