This was my first experience outside of the Dealership and I was impressed in every way. The service prior to, during, and even after the work was completed has been first class and the work was done correctly and in a timely manner. I would HIGHLY recommend this shop to ANYONE who owns a BMW.

I had a great experience at Broadstroke. Brennen was super easy to deal with and I didn’t feel talked down to or taken advantage of which unfortunately is common when you’re a woman taking your car in for a service. They easily could’ve done the service I requested, charged me for it (even though it wouldn’t have done anything) and all the other repairs my car needs but instead told me it would be a waste of money to do it right now and to address other issues first which I hugely appreciated.
They were comprehensive with their inspection and included photos of the problems found and why they needed addressing. No scam artistry here I’m happy to report.

Took my 2009 mini cooper clubman in for some work on the lights. They were very thorough on the diagnostic and fixed the problem precisely. Very friendly and knowledgeable and I will def be a return customer when needed.

I took my Mercedes E-class to Broad Stroke for an oil change and inspection. Brennen is very knowledgeable and straight forward with cost of service as well as other parts that needed attention. The inspection report is detailed with pictures and explanations which is extremely helpful. Exceptional customer service! Would recommend Broad Stroke to all German vehicle owners!

Last August I purchased a "vintage" 1980 BMW 528i in remarkably good shape but with some quirky problems....like no functioning turn signals! The crew at Broad Stroke went above and beyond to diagnose and solve what was a crazy rat's nest of wiring under the dash. (Some previous amateur stereo component installation...) Needless to say I would have NEVER been able to sort this out on my own! I highly recommend Broad Stroke, I'm not taking my car anywhere else!!
