The place has a good variety of animals and accessories, but some of the fish are kept in absolutely disgusting conditions, and when I asked the high schooler staff about the situations, they said there's nothing they could do about it. Inhumane/ prison like conditions for these fish. There are many tanks overstocked like this, with the fish inside not even for sale. It's so hard and sad to look at. They kept other big fish in these same conditions as well, when there were many larger tanks around the store being preoccupied by small fish. So disturbing and sad. My thought is, if you're going to sell animals and fish to people, they must have tanks adequate for them at the moment to show customers what good fish keeping looks like. This was an absolutely horrendous experience and I don't think I can even go there again just because I feel awful for these prisoners trapped in tiny tanks. Beautiful fish too, and they've been there for months or years and won't allow people to buy them.

I'm a regular Bridges customer, and today is my last time supporting this business. I had a horrible customer service experience when I was making a return. The manager was extremely rude and the person issuing my refund discriminated against me because of my age. Asking me if the card I was using belonged to a parent. Then tried taking advantage of me by forcing me to give up private personal information. I'll be escalating this situation to the appropriate authorities.

Today was my first time inside this awesome store. There were so many different types of pet food, toys, and gift options. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. My only regret is that I don't live closer!

Best pet store in WA hands down, and I've been to a lot! They have everything you need and a great selection. I love walking around here with my dog and just looking at everything. They also have a really nice section of gifts. Ditch Petco and support small business. This place is amazing!

Ive been in aquarium hobby for more than 20 years and no dogs or cats so review only regarding fish.Only one tank in the fish section has live plants (they're selling live plants from that tank). Rest tanks in shop use plastic, which makes me think fish is not its forte. The last time I was there which was about a year ago I saw ick on their platies and tried to warn the store. Their response was that their fish don't get icks. Really? Hope they are more knowledgeable now. The tanks today (10/21/23) are suspiciously clean without algae, which experienced ppl in the field will tell you, very hard to do long term without live plants to compete or without algaecide. In fact, little bit of algae is fine and maybe healthy for the fish. Also, live plants has so much benefit for the fish that many stores use them but not this store. Beware of buying fish as only 3 day warranty for fish. Rest of fish stores in the Eastside and Seattle have 1 week or longer. That should tell you alot. Quarantine your fish and expect to absorb the cost of your fish if dies 4 days later. Prices seems to be more expensive than most stores. No discount for members of local aquarium hobby club GSAS (Greater Seattle Aquarium Society). I do hope they improve. It's always good to have more quality fish stores around here.

This is the Disneyland of pet stores. When my friend said she needed to run to the pet store to grab a aquarium pump I had no idea what we were about to walk into. This place was amazing! Its huge to start, then once you get inside you see that every type of pet has its own huge section. The aquarium room was awesome. The were fully stocked with so many different types of fish and had very large koi pond in the middle of the room. The reptile room was also amazing, so many creepy critters. The dog area blew my mind with all different food and treat options. And of course Bridge's can't stop at just the pets. The also carry candy, tea, treats, and novelty items for people too. I got my wife a pumpkin spice tea that she is absolutely loving. I highly recommend Bridges Pets Gifts & Water Gardens for all your pet/gift needs.

Bridges helped me care For a 110 gallon tank full of beautiful fish. And then 3 cats! And a dog.The aquatic, feline, and canine supplies are comprehensive. They seem to have everything for every situation. And plenty of toys, too. Here’s what’s really cool - it’s such a clean, well-done store it’s worth a visit just to look around. And the reptile area is very fun.My family loves Bridges Pets. I think yours will too.

Not a family friendly pet store, I had a horrible experience due to the rude teenage staff that was working there. I went to get feeders and fish supplies and decided to look around while waiting for my order. I walked through the reptile room with my baby in a stroller and was told to "get my kid out of there" because she was disturbing their chameleons with her screaming- my baby was not even screaming or even near the chameleon enclosure so when I asked for a manager I was ignored, needless to say I will not be going back ever again!

I like Bridges but they too have forgotten about customer service. I buy a very expensive Italian brand of dog food there. Yesterday I called to say that there was something wrong with the kibble size and color. They told me I couldn't bring it back without the bag because it could have come from anywhere; even though I'm in their frequent buyer program and they could look up the dates of purchase. Talked to the manager- not much better-she said to contact the brand (Farmina). She proceeded to lecture me as to how it has to pass rigorous EU standards. I looked up the brand and it's made in Italy - AND Serbia and Venezuela which are definitely EU countries. It's not as if I can get this particular food at a grocery store but I can sure buy it online and save money but I was trying to support small local business. The problem is they won't support me.

Everytime I come in for reptile food I wait 15 to 20 mins and I'm in daily. What's the issue when you have 15+ employees working daily. Seems like everyone's busy talking or on there phones.

Buyer beware!!!!!They have beautiful bettas that they are charging a premium prices for, but they are all sick.I bought 2 bettas from them about 1.5 months ago, and another for my grandmother 3 weeks ago. They all looked and seemed healthy. My grandmothers died with in 24hrs and I was able to return it (2 day return policy, my usual lfs offers 2 weeks). The other two were set up in pre-established tanks and both died in 2-3 weeks with out showing signs of any sickness. I am an experienced fish keeper and have several tanks, so I know they all had clean and healthy environments.I went back on Saturday, after making sure to have clean and healthy tanks for some new bettas. I brought home 3 more, but this time I decided to make sure to treat them with meds, before they just up and died. So far one has pop-eye, another has fin rot, and the last one is lethargic and is swimming with clamped fins. They are finally starting to show signs of improvement, but I don’t think Bridges will be where I purchase fish or any live animals from now on. It’s very disappointing considering how expensive the bettas are there.

This was my first visit to this pet store. I was amazed at the size & scope of the place. I bought some very cool, unique sterling silver earrings. I purchased a 2.5 gallon tank with a filter included. I was able to get everything I needed to set it up for my two African mini frogs. There are so many products to choose from for every kind of pet, as well as art glass for the home and many other assorted products. Their fish section is awesome. They have a very big catfish & Koi swimming around in a pool. The customer service was excellent. All the staff I spoke with were knowledgeable, helpful & pleasant. Even if you don't need pet supplies, it is a great store to visit. So much to look at; I may have only seen 60% of it so far. Definitely going back; I highly recommend a visit.

Great, as always. I'm in here weekly, getting snake and gecko food. The only negative I have(and it's not really a negative) is to make sure you see your feeders. Usually they show me but when they are super busy sometimes they just seal the box and I don't check the size and then I get home and they are way too small. My own fault, but just remember to check them. This place is amazing, staff are always friendly and helpful and my kids love it. I could sit in their fish room all day!

What a great place to get supplies for all types of pets. I grew up in Snohomish and this was THE PLACE to buy pets and pet supplies. Now, I'm pleased to know their reputation has grown with them. There's a lot of locally made cat trees and treats and pet supplies, the have the coolest aquatic section I've ever seen in a pet store, and have some really cool reptiles and insects and things like that. They take really good care of the pets they sell--I have bought three ferrets from them and as a kid, we bought several zebra finches and fish. All of whom lived long lives and were well taken care of before I adopted them. I just wish they had more locations so I could shop there more frequently! A true local gem.

All the things and great prices to boot! Skip the mega-chains and support a local business that's doing it right! We come here for Stella and Chewy kibble. I love walking through the fish area and checking out the rodents and birds. BRING YOUR DOG! Good fun!
