“The repairs were completed before the expected time. My vehicle looks brand new again. The communication about my car being ready was good. This is my second time at Caliber Collision, the first time was in Everett and the second one in Snohomish. I wish the receptionist could’ve been more friendly, I said -Thank you for having my vehicle sooner of what I was expecting- and she didn’t even look at me nor answer. Other than that , I recommend this shop for any collision repairs.”

“I have had a few of my vehicles repaired here over the years. They do an awesome job. Reputable business that has been there for many years. They fixed my 1998 Firebird. Parts are extremely hard to find for this car. It looked amazing when they were done!”
