I am completely disappointed in Bickford Ford. When looking for a car, I found the car that I wanted at a different dealership and then specifically went to Bickford Ford because of their reputation and purchased my car. To get my car in for any kind of service has been ridiculous. Finally after a month wait we take our car in they say they need it first thing in the morning they're gonna keep it all day 4 o'clock in the afternoon we call for a check up. They haven't even got it in yet. I've gone all day without a mind you arranging other people to pick up kids at school and go to the grocery store for me upon calling at four were told it could be picked up maybe sometime tomorrow when asking then for a loaner we are told oh you need to ask for that a month ahead of time. My husband complained about an oil change appointment taking a month even and they said everybody's like that my husband said no when I called and you said you couldn't get me in for a month the next day I went to Dwayne Lane and got an oil change and he said oh that's why because they're never as busy as us. So irritating!!! Definitely having second thoughts about Bickford Ford and their service and reputation.!!

"We're just a franchise, we aren't Ford corporate" TLDR; We don't actually care about Ford customers. Worst service experience I've ever gotten from a Ford dealership. My car has a recall on the TCM but this dealership's response was "well you aren't experiencing problems right now so too bad! Not our problem" when I have documented proof of the issues and I had to pay out of pocket for an emergency repair. This dealership does not stand behind their brand trying to make it right. The manager outright told me she "didn't appreciate my attitude and I should go to a different dealership". I am frustrated because I had to buy a trash refurbish TCM because I had issues (my car was undrivable for several months) before the recall was official and now I want an OEM replacement- I don't know how long my TEMPORARY fix will last but this dealership's attitude is "that's your problem, not ours". Also they wanted to schedule me out to June.. this dealership clearly has poor management and no accountability to the customer.

I originally ordered my F150 through Epic Ford in Everett, but they closed down. So my order was transferred to Bickford in Snohomish. The staff there was very communicative. I received text updates throughout my order and build process. When my truck finally arrived, I was able to switch that order for another truck that was available on the lot. Jeff Wing was super helpful and accommodating with this process. It was very low stress and was an amazingly easy car buying experience. They even arranged to drive my newly purchased truck to my house so I didn't have to drive back twice since I had driven another vehicle there. Will definitely come back if I need to get another vehicle!

Spent 80k on a new F350 at Bickford Ford in Snohomish, started leaking trans fluid at 6,000 miles. Truck sat at the service department for 4 weeks untouched before I went and picked it up to bring to another dealership. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone, this experience definitely made me sour towards Ford products

My experience at Bickford Service Center was great! Randy's team did a great of fixing everything on my car. Randy kept me informed about my car. I have no complaints at all. I will be going back if any issues arise. Thank you to Randy and your team.

When they had good technicians in there they ended up treating them like crap and abusing them over working them not getting proper help the sales team is an absolute sales pitch all the way they will rip you off whenever they get the chance the one item that they rip off on very easily is insisting that you must pay for your vehicle to get detailed if you were to say trade it in for something else yet that's a scam it's a fake out Ford alone headquarters pays reimburses each dealership a detailing cost and fee to detail the use vehicles that Bickford insist they do not get reimbursed for that you must pay for absolute scam, As well as they are an absolute scam over 7,000 over everyone else in the area but they try to pull the whole thing that we're local people yeah local scam artist good luck!

Terrible customer service. I dropped my car off on Tuesday for it to be looked at Wednesday. I was told a couple of days. I had heard nothing for days. I left a voice mail with two different people. Finally Friday I got a text message that a part was ordered and it should be ready early the next week. Still had not been given an estimate. The following Monday I got a text with an estimate. I asked if the warranty covered anything. They sent a new estimate that had somethings off of it for warranty coverage but things were added and the new estimate was $600 more! I tried calling and talking to someone in the service department, the lady who answered refused to let me through and sent me to voicemail... yet again. She swore she talked to someone and I would get a phone call that afternoon. No phone call came. The next day I got a text saying it was ready to be picked up and I only have to pay the deductible. At one point I got a text that I had a leak but they couldn't find it to fix it and them not doing anything was $450. When I picked it up they said it was fixed and covered by warranty. Super stressful, shitty experience. Do NOT buy a car here, or do any business with them. Very shady people.

BICKFORD FORD WORST SERVICE EVER. I have scheduled an appointment, for which I have waited for about 3 months, to diagnose my van because it was vibrating when driving. At the visit they gave us a paper to sign that it will be $250. In a few days they said that they found a problem, the drive shaft was installed incorrectly, but we had a recall on it a little over a year ago. Also they said to fix the problem I will have to pay for change of the whole drive shaft, which will cost us $1500, but they are not sure if it will fix the problem. So I contacted the dealership where the recall was done, but was told that it's impossible to have it installed incorrectly. It was confusing why the dealerships say different things. So I was disappointed in them, and decided to pick up my van. At the time I came to pick up my van I was told to pay $480, they wanted to charge me for something they didn't even do. Stating that they change a few screws in there during inspection. I told them I was not notified about it and it wasn't in the paper that I signed when I came for this appointment. So, I paid $250 + ($50 shop fees???), and took my vehicle. At another shop it was diagnosed that half of the drive shaft has damage, which wasn't presented to me from the FORD dealership. I changed that part at that shop and my van stopped vibrating. I came again to their manager Brian Millhurt, to explain what happened. He said that he will talk with his service workers and will give me a call back after 2 pm. I still haven't heard from him, and unable to get a hold of him, left him a voicemail and never got a call back. Don't waste your time at this dealership, they just charge money and don't do their work.

Crapy costumer service they do not back up there vehicles once your off the lot your on your own I recommend I very thorough inspection every detail otherwise they won't fix the problem or even discount the repair that should have been completed before they sold it
