My experience at Bickford Service Center was great! Randy's team did a great of fixing everything on my car. Randy kept me informed about my car. I have no complaints at all. I will be going back if any issues arise. Thank you to Randy and your team.

Customer service needs a big improvement, we had to go in just to get them to talk to us about our car that was in for service
