“everybody at this store is super friendly and helpful except for the manager, every time i have interacted with her she talks in a very condescending manner. my trip there today during checkout i tried to use tap to pay and she stared at me while it wasnt working and then just said “it works for everyone else.” before i got out my card. she then asked if i wanted a receipt which i replied yes to. she then said “well its linked to your account so you wont need it for that”. every interaction ive had with her has been like this. and i remain polite every time. she absolutely should not be the manager.”

Road was big enough to make a nice turn around and back my trailer into the lot. “My Honda Odyssey had a battery and alternator go bad on our trip from Whidbey Island to Spokane. I stopped at this O’Reilly and they were amazing. Not only did they test my battery twice, sell me a new battery, loan me tools to install it, and then test my alternator, but they also loaned me more tools and helped me figure out how to install the alternator over the course of 5 hours while I was working in their parking lot. I cannot say enough about how helpful this crew of O’Reilly workers is!”
