“I took my car into Austin's mid summer. I had taken it to a dealership for two recalls and mentioned that the AC wasn't working well. They came back with an estimate of $4500 to repair it. They topped off the freon, said it needed a new condenser in the front and the rear ac line had a leak so it needed replacing too. That seemed a little high to me so I took it to Austin's where my husband went. They did several things to it, including laying under it for 1/2 hour to see the leak. It never leaked. They blew the lines out also. The AC worked perfectly. I went to pick it up and they would not charge me anything. They said we really didn't do anything. This is the kind of small town service I thought was gone. What an amazing place! I will be taking all my vehicles to them from now on.”

I am not locally close (in miles) to Don's shop, but he has been and done great things for my vehicles. It is so hard to find a mechanic of integrity, who truly cares about his customers! He doesn't try to sell you extra parts or services that you don't need, and because the relationships he builds with his customers come first, you see this right away. He's knowledgeable, he's thorough and his mechanical skills speak for themselves. He has always made sure that I understand what is happening, what is needed and why, before he ever touches my cars. And, 'any' mechanic who can merely 'listen' to how a car sounds that won't start and tells me exactly 'what' to do while on the phone with me, and it cranks right up, is my mechanic for LIFE! The team provided a detailed quote and worked within my budget, clearly explaining which repairs were a priority. My car is no longer idling after the repair. I have a few more stops to go, but they’ve earned my trust, and I’ll be coming back for the remaining repairs. Finding a reliable and honest shop is hard, but I’m glad I found this one!”
“The repairs were completed before the expected time. My vehicle looks brand new again. The communication about my car being ready was good. This is my second time at Caliber Collision, the first time was in Everett and the second one in Snohomish. I wish the receptionist could’ve been more friendly, I said -Thank you for having my vehicle sooner of what I was expecting- and she didn’t even look at me nor answer. I received text updates throughout my order and build process. When my truck finally arrived, I was able to switch that order for another truck that was available on the lot. Jeff Wing was super helpful and accommodating with this process. It was very low stress and was an amazingly easy car buying experience. They even arranged to drive my newly purchased truck to my house so I didn't have to drive back twice since I had driven another vehicle there. Will definitely come back if I need to get another vehicle!”
