“Brought my car in for a simple diagnostic appt, said absolutely theyd look at it, took my car in, did the work really quick with very effective communication and honesty, then after my appt a crazy brake noise kicked in and i kinda freaked out, so i brought it back to them and boom they said yeah we will look at it, figured it out (brake in the rotor). Got me back on the road, super friendly group. Thank you guys so much for helping me out, 100% will be sending my car to them again and again”
“I took my car into Austin's mid summer. I had taken it to a dealership for two recalls and mentioned that the AC wasn't working well. They came back with an estimate of $4500 to repair it. They topped off the freon, said it needed a new condenser in the front and the rear ac line had a leak so it needed replacing too. That seemed a little high to me so I took it to Austin's where my husband went. They did several things to it, including laying under it for 1/2 hour to see the leak. It never leaked. They blew the lines out also. The AC worked perfectly. I went to pick it up and they would not charge me anything. They said we really didn't do anything. This is the kind of small town service I thought was gone. What an amazing place! I will be taking all my vehicles to them from now on.”

“I found Andrew on Google because I needed a reliable and fair mechanic for my ATV. At the time of me dropping off my bike, it was locked in first gear, leaking transmission fluid, and my kick starter lever was not retracting like it should. I was fearful that my transmission was toast and had a large sum of money set aside to pay for the troubleshooting and parts. I did have to wait for a while due to other customers being ahead of me on Andrew's schedule (he was clear with me that there would be a waiting period.) When all was said and done, Andrew had my bike back up and running, not leaking, and my kick start lever working flawlessly, and he did it for the cost of 2 hours in labor which was WAY less than what I was expecting. My experience with Andrew was everything you would expect when dealing with a seasoned professional mechanic. I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Andrew's Mechanical Services.”

“The dollar tree store here was well organized in all my visits and have product that's available everytime I go there. The dollar tree stores I've been in get to be pretty messy with product spread all over the place. This particular one seems to keep it in order and shelves are full of merchandise in it's proper spot.friendly employees on top of it”

“I originally ordered my F150 through Epic Ford in Everett, but they closed down. So my order was transferred to Bickford in Snohomish. The staff there was very communicative. I received text updates throughout my order and build process. When my truck finally arrived, I was able to switch that order for another truck that was available on the lot. Jeff Wing was super helpful and accommodating with this process. It was very low stress and was an amazingly easy car buying experience. They even arranged to drive my newly purchased truck to my house so I didn't have to drive back twice since I had driven another vehicle there. Will definitely come back if I need to get another vehicle!”
