They have always been very friendly. I like the text notifications and autofill option. I've never had any issues with prescriptions.

I want to share how friendly the pharmacy techs Jenn and Corrinna are. I’m on Medicare so a lot of my prescriptions are costly, they will take the time to find me a coupon to use to save me money. They remember my name and always tell me to say hi to my husband. I loved Rico and was sad when he left but these two make up for his loss.

Wow these people are rude! If you're standing there and they decide to go to lunch they literally just slam the gate shut right in front of you! Too bad so sad. Unbelievable!

This is a horrible, horrible pharmacy with the rudest people I've ever experienced. They filled the wrong prescription and I sent my husband in to pick it up and he didn't know what was filled and what was ordered and came out with it. When I called them after I got home and looked at the prescription they blamed my husband saying "well ,he picked it up", what does that have to do with them filling the wrong prescription. Then I called for a renewal of the prescription that I've have filled there before, which they had to order. When I called in the renewal it gave me a time and day to pick up the prescription. I went the day after their scheduled pick up time to pick it up and the rude woman at the counter said they never got my renewal order that I did over the phone. I have since stopped going there, and will never use them again. Once they changed over to Safeway and their pharmacy from Albertson's Save On, it has been a horrible experience doing business with them.

We've been coming to this pharmacy since 2008 and it was great until Rico left. Since then the customer service is terrible and they don't seem to care to improve it. Very disappointing

They won't ever answer their phone, not even to say please hold. Half the time my prescription isn't even in stock and I have to go without for a couple days.

This site won't let me complete this bad review. It has locked me out. Safeway is such a sad corporation.Today I received the worst customer service I've ever had in my 73 years of life at a pharmacy.I had an appointment at 10.30 for my 4th Covid shot. This was the first time at a Safeway store.Ig

I have been going to this pharmacy (through all the name changes) for 15 years and never had a problem until now. Customer service from this pharmacy significantly deteriorated since Rico left. I called to check the prescription refill after the doctor's office informed me that they had sent the authorization to the pharmacy, only to be scolded by the technician that they had the medicine on the shelf and I didn't pick up so they had to do it all over again for me. I never got a text nor call from the pharmacy that the prescription was ready. I checked with the doctor's office after-the-fact and realized it may have been a miscommunication between the pharmacy and the clinic. That's fine, everybody makes mistakes. But the way the technician handled my issue was way out of line. I immediately asked to talk to the manager to complain and who knows what the manager will do. Reading from the reviews, it looks like this has been happening for more than a year, maybe even longer. Looks more like customer DISSERVICE, rather than customer service!

WOW! - Horrible experience. RX was transferred from another location because they did not have what I needed so I was grateful. However - the tech LITERALLY publicly shamed me when I arrived. It took a few minutes to even get their attention... and finally when I told them why I was there - was relieved they knew my situation. BUT - and this is inexcusable - the tech asked if it was really me, and when I confirmed, I got a major scowl and she then said "Really? Didn't you get the message?" I was concerned because of the transfer etc and literally thought I may have missed something and innocently said "No - I'm sorry. I didn;t. What message?" And she proceeded to loudly exclaim that my infection was highly contagious and that I never should have even entered the store....tsk tsk..." I was so shocked and just said to her "No, I'm sorry. There were three separate doctors involved and two pharmacists because I'm allergic to so much and NOT ONE told me I should not be out in public." Horrible, cruel and unprofessional.I was mortified. The actual pharmacist intervened and said "Well - let's just get her taken care of" and processed my order as if i had cooties (mind you - I am sanitizing constantly because of COVID). Ugh - I was infuriated and soooo very offended. You are a pharmacy for godsakes!!! Will NEVER go back!!!

Bad service. I went to refill a script early and was told I couldn’t because it’s controlled, that’s fine. 10 days of RX left. Went to refill when time and they didn’t have it in stock and had to order. This is an important anti seizure medication. Idk how it’s allowed to run out.They also said they would reach out to my Dr. To request more refills because they mistakenly didn’t give me any. They never let me know that the office never responded to them so I could contact them myself and now I’ll be a day behind in that medication as well. Very unprofessional.

TERRIBLE! DO NOT USE! I have been going to this location for 20 years, through all the Albertson name changes. Now they are horrible. Called about a problem with a prescription I just filled. The pharmacist was so rude and nasty I ended up in tears. She didn't even tell me about an over the counter option that would have helped me. Save yourself the pain and go somewhere else, I will be!
