My little brother accidentally left his phone in the store and when he called, a lady who worked there answered and said she has the phone safe. When he went back to get it, the woman worker was off her shift. When he asked a male worker with glasses said he knew nothing about a missing phone, then later pulled it out if his pocket when the other male worker went looking for it. He was legit going to steal his phone! TERRIBLE SERVICE AND SHADY WORKER! My brother had to refuse to leave before he got the phone back.

I'm a loyal 7-Eleven customer but this store charged me 1502 and I didn't think about it until after I left. That I have been overcharged nor would they accept my points

Do not doordash because apparently after 6:30 they will not cook anything this is strange because I have been told in the past they are required to cook until at least 8:00 to 8:30 so now I am sitting here with a frozen pizza wanting a hot pizza and not getting it even when its what i ordered. They substituted without asking without permissions. They are lucky that I do not call their corporate office and demand accountability

Went in on Monday with my grandkids to get a slushee, 1st time in ?5 years?, was pleased with the variety. Saw a sign on the door, 10 chicken wings for $5. Returned Wednesday to try the wings (price is only good with the App). Bought 10, they were awesome. In this area where most prepared wings are $1 - $1.50, this is a good price.Give 7-Eleven another chance

I stop here quite often. My last visit was odd. Nobody was at the counter or anywhere on the floor. It took almost 5 minutes for the lady to come in from the back of the store. I'd never seen her here before. She wasn't stocking anything and wasn't in any rush to get to the counter. Another customer waited almost as long as I did.Also the bundle of firewood I bought is moldy and had bugs in it that now seem to be bothering my cats. This is going to be fun and costly to to take care of!!I've never quite had this kind of experience here and am very disappointed.

This store is listed as open 24 hours. This is not a fact. It is most inconvenient when you feel confident about venturing out to a place after first investigating to gain the best knowledge prior to, but when updating this website is overlooked then one could ask what else is overlooked.... Sorry this is supposed to be a " Convenience Store" isn't it?

I was charged $2.16 after tax ($1.79 before) for a 12 oz slurpee. They never used to be so outrageously priced. I doubt she charged me for the right size even though I said that the slurpee was very small for the price and she looked at it and said it’s the right price.

I have really enjoyed shopping at 7-11 since they have the new owners. The owners and there employees are all so welcoming, friendly and helpful EXCEPT ONE older lady. I was there a couple days ago and she was very rude but I let it go because I figured with all this crazy Covid stuff she was just having a rough day. BUT today she raised her voice at me when I walked thru the doors to put my mask on properly. My mask was covering my mouth and nose but wasn’t up to my eyes to make sure my nose was covered enough. I thought ok I will just let it go and continue shopping while listening to her jump on people as they walked in the door. When I went to check out I asked her if I could buy a cup to get ice and she saw that I had my own personal cup in my arm and proceeded to chew me out for bringing my own cup in the store. I explained there was no sign that said I had to leave my cup on the sidewalk outside. After she proceeded to chew me out for my cup she said next time I will not be aloud in the store with my own cup and be asked to leave and I nicely said well there will not be a next time. I do not deserve this treatment nor do any of the other people here that your being rude to. Well I left and so did others saying we will not be back. I will stop by and talk to the owners and let them know but if she is working I will not be shopping there. One bad apple really ruins the bunch.
