Every month I fight Walgreens to fill a certain prescription. Today they said the prescription was ready; Tim drove to town to pick it up. They said it was not ready and they then needed to close for a meal break from 1:00PM to 1:30PM. He needed to hang out for over an hour waiting for their sorry asses to get back into serving their customers. I called at 1:30PM, on hold for 14 minutes and was advised it was ready. I said to the person on the phone " I know this is not your fault but I fight this every effen month". She said to me, "you said the F word and I am hanging up". Okay... do you understand the word BeeOChit? I am so over this pharmacy. #effenisnotreallytheFwordbutcanbe

MEAN PHARMACIST at Walgreens in Silverdale on Silverdale Way. The clown works on Sunday morning at 10:00 am and you will absolutely want to avoid this place. "I don't carry the brand 'Percogesic', lady" he grits through his teeth over the phone. "Lady?" Mom and I NEVER LIKE IT WHEN A MAN DECIDES TO PULL THAT WORD ON US. IT IS NOTHING BUT CONDECENDING. I am calling from Port Townsend, WA. It is Sunday and everything is closed up in our little town. I can't take anything else and I have a migraine. "Well, every Walgreens I have been to in every state carries it, can you at least look it up in your system?" He exhales loudly, "How do you spell it and hurry up because I have a line of CUSTOMERS!!! Forget it! I have to put you on hold" he tells me irritated. He comes back, "look it's in the system but we don't have it. Just take Tylonol instead." and hangs up. DO NOT GO TO THOSE PLACES LIKE WALGEENS. They pay their workers nothing and they in turn are mean to their customers. Think ahead. Order on Amazon. Good luck if you are ever in a pinch. We are all dealing with minimum-wage people that work in those places and they are not happy. Stay out of WALGREENS.

They need to get the speaker fixed in the drive-through so that customers can hear and communicate better. The tall, blonde, heavyset pharmacy tech is so rude and yells at you! I've noticed it several times, but tonight, she was especially rude and unhelpful to us. She really needs a lesson in customer service. Also, when we had to interrupt the pharmacy tech and the pharmacist to try to ask a question, they were rude & dismissed us...when all they were doing was standing around and talking about Holiday stories! I think we're going to change pharmacies!

This is mainly for the photo center. Brittney was so pleasant and maybe it was timing also, but she printed our couple of pictures and magnets with in minutes vs an hour. We were putting together a special birthday present and she gave us plenty of time to wrap it also.

My son scheduled a covid vaccine appointment. He arrived early and was told they didn't accept his health insurance. They denied him the vaccine and told him to "Go to Target or someplace else". I called in and waited on hold for about 15 minutes before talking to anyone. I asked why this happened and about just billing it as uninsured. The pharmacist apologized and acknowledged they can bill it. So, back in he goes and gets the jab. Why wasn't this done in the first place? Wasted over an hour of his time for what? Very disappointed with this treatment. DO BETTER WALGREENS.

Came in to get a prescription that was supposed to be ready the day before. The pharmacy tech initially said that it was on order, I informed her that it was ordered 4 days ago and I was told it would have arrived by the day prior at the latest. She went and looked, and she said that it had come in. She then proceeded to say it would not be ready for another 20min, when I've had it filled immediately before. So frustrating to not have people care about their customers or give proper customer service when a problem could have been easily resolved. Will definitely be switching to a different pharmacy as I've had multiple problems with Walgreens off silverdale way and bucklin hill road.

The pharmacy isn't very thorough. There's an issue with my prescription but my physician submitted the prescription already. Calling to try to get this resolved and have been waiting on hold for 45 minutes with one call ahead of me the whole time.

Diane was beyond helpful in the pharmacy! It was my first time dealing with new insurance or transferring prescriptions from another pharmacy. She was reassuring from the start and made everything a breeze! Such a better experience than the CVS in Target Silverdale. Thank you for your kindness!

The lady who answered the phone on 3/24 12:30 PM was very rude when I called about my prescription. Hung up the phone before I could finish my sentence. Was on hold for 10 minutes only to be talking to an unprofessional and rude employee. Hopefully management sees this and make any train employees better!

I have used this pharmacy because I liked it, but they call you with phone solicitation. I don't appreciate that at all!!!!!!!!!!! How many people want their drug store to call them with solicitation. OMG!!!! I do not answer my phone because of telemarketer's, now my drug store does this, poorest service ever. They have my number because of my meds, pretty dishonest way off doing business in my opinion. And then I called their corporate office to complain about it and they put you on hold for ever!! I have never had my drug store bug me like this. be careful of them.

4:00 on a Tuesday afternoon I spent a good 10 minutes waiting in the drive-thru line. No big deal. When I roll up to the window it takes the staff like 5 minutes to inform me that there was a problem with the script my doctor wrote. They wouldn't even call my doctor for me like every other pharmacy would. I went to Target and got it filled NO QUESTIONS ASKED.
