I was returning home from Arizona and needed a mortgage. I was introduced to Walt through my realtor. He was there for every step we needed to complete our transaction. Being out of the area, everything was done online. Piece of cake as far as I'm concerned. One of the best in my opinion. I would use Walt on my next home.

I had just separated from my wife and decided to get a hair cut. The woman cutting my hair just so happened to be a realtor well. I told her I was looking to buy a house. She referred me to Walt and his team. Walt got me real numbers in short order and made adjustments through the negotiations so I felt confident in my purchase. Our experience with Walt hannawacker and Fairway independent mortgage has been extremely enjoyable experience. Over the last 30 years Walt has worked with us four times buying two homes and refinancing . I must say using their app online it's fairly simple. an amazing experience. allowed me time to acquire the needed paperwork documents. I was able to do all necessary request for documents online. I had a great experience with Walt and his team. I was a first time homebuyer who didn't have a clue what I was doing. I initially reached out just for some more info and advice about the loan process and to see if could be pre-approved. Because he was so thorough and easy to talk to I continued to work with him. Even in spite of a brief period of cold feet on my part. Walt wrote me very detailed emails and answered all my questions thoroughly.
