Pharmacy EXTREMELY slow. Waited 45 minutes for a basic antibiotic. Staff too busy to quickly fill rx but had lots of time to socialize.

Waited in their drive thru for AN HOUR. Every vehicle in front of me seemed to have some kind of issue that took an extraordinarily long time to handle. Finally get to the window, and they only have one of my two prescriptions ready, so I had to sit and wait even longer for that. The people in front of me probably had the same issue. Get it together Walgreens pharmacy!

Every month I fight Walgreens to fill a certain prescription. Today they said the prescription was ready; Tim drove to town to pick it up. They said it was not ready and they then needed to close for a meal break from 1:00PM to 1:30PM. He needed to hang out for over an hour waiting for their sorry asses to get back into serving their customers. I called at 1:30PM, on hold for 14 minutes and was advised it was ready. I said to the person on the phone " I know this is not your fault but I fight this every effen month". She said to me, "you said the F word and I am hanging up". Okay... do you understand the word BeeOChit? I am so over this pharmacy. #effenisnotreallytheFwordbutcanbe

MEAN PHARMACIST at Walgreens in Silverdale on Silverdale Way. The clown works on Sunday morning at 10:00 am and you will absolutely want to avoid this place. "I don't carry the brand 'Percogesic', lady" he grits through his teeth over the phone. "Lady?" Mom and I NEVER LIKE IT WHEN A MAN DECIDES TO PULL THAT WORD ON US. IT IS NOTHING BUT CONDECENDING. I am calling from Port Townsend, WA. It is Sunday and everything is closed up in our little town. I can't take anything else and I have a migraine. "Well, every Walgreens I have been to in every state carries it, can you at least look it up in your system?" He exhales loudly, "How do you spell it and hurry up because I have a line of CUSTOMERS!!! Forget it! I have to put you on hold" he tells me irritated. He comes back, "look it's in the system but we don't have it. Just take Tylonol instead." and hangs up. DO NOT GO TO THOSE PLACES LIKE WALGEENS. They pay their workers nothing and they in turn are mean to their customers. Think ahead. Order on Amazon. Good luck if you are ever in a pinch. We are all dealing with minimum-wage people that work in those places and they are not happy. Stay out of WALGREENS.

I have been paying for my medicine $49 because my insurance wants me to get it from chi pharmacy. But today, Noriah Pharmacy Tech showed me how to get their coupons online and I ended up paying $7.18. This is the very first time that a staff at Walgreens showed me this. Thank you so much! Noriah deserves a great kudos!!! I hope everyone knows about this. Thank you again Noriah!!! ?

They need to get the speaker fixed in the drive-through so that customers can hear and communicate better. The tall, blonde, heavyset pharmacy tech is so rude and yells at you! I've noticed it several times, but tonight, she was especially rude and unhelpful to us. She really needs a lesson in customer service. Also, when we had to interrupt the pharmacy tech and the pharmacist to try to ask a question, they were rude & dismissed us...when all they were doing was standing around and talking about Holiday stories! I think we're going to change pharmacies!

My immuno compromised husband and I had to wait in line for an hour past our booster appointment. A pharmacist had a customer from the drive thru lane requesting a Covid and Flu Test come in and wait in line with all of us. Instead of testing in their car away from the elderly and compromised. When we complained about being exposed they said corporate changed the rules and sick people looking to get tested now have to wait with the public. Absolutely irresponsible and avoidable!

When into this Walgreens on the 14th and got a coupon $7.00 credit, however there is an issue the coupon expired back on the 10th. Before when this has happened was told by management that they could not help because the coupons are done through a 3rd party and not part of Walgreens. Be advised of the lack of customer service they provide a d indifference.

Barbara should not be working in customer service. She strikes me as a person that nit picks, makes a fuss over unrelevant matters, can be difficult, and has an attitude problem. I was in there earlier, and she made me and a another customer wait in line until she finished her conversation with her coworker. As long as I've encountered Barbara she lives in her own bubble, it seems like she is allowed to do, and say what she wants with out being told otherwise. She talks with a level of intensity, and anger that I can feel. I can't stand her. I avoid the store as much as I can. James, Bridgette, and Barbara are ridiculous people.

Was in this place to buy snacks and stuff, needed to use the restroom at 730pm....and was told the restrooms were closed for the evening. WHAT? I ended up buying nothing and leaving. Sorry but no thank you. That's terrible customer service. It's not even late at night.
