Lee and his team are rockstars! Throughout the whole loan process Lee went above and beyond to make sure we are getting the best option when buying our first home. He also took the time to educate us about the VA loan + our future buying power. I met Lee about 10 years ago where he hosted a VA Home Loan Bootcamp in Tacoma. The Bootcamp was phenomenal and very informative as well as one I recently attend.I was going through one of my wallet and came across one of Lee’s card I had from 10 years ago. I then reach out to him to start the process of getting a VA Home Loan to in purchasing my home for the first time. I just believe timing is everything.The communication I received from Lee and his team was excellent, professional, genuine, and with integrity. Just top tier. I would reach out to JoLynn went I got stump on any documents I needed to sign and she was always available and ready to assist with compassion and kindness.Overall the process was very smooth for me. Getting my documents was a bit challenging at first, but Lee and his team directed me a much easier way to have my documents scan to him. This took a lot of stress off me.I am blessed to have worked with Lee and his team because I was being well taken care of this entire time with commitment, respect and excellence. I receive a phone call from Lee the Sunday after my offer was excepted. He immediately apologize for the call because it was Sunday, but he wanted to immediately take the next step in the process. This is my first time buying a House, and they made it a painless endeavor. Communication has been on track and on time. letting me know what was happening every step of the way. TLDR: if you’re looking to buy a home, especially if you’re a veteran, Alexis Marie Realty and Lee Nguyen at VLG are the team you want in your corner! They will take care of you every step of the way and ensure you get the home that’s right for you and your family.I can attest to this! I tried to buy when I first moved to the PNW almost a year ago. The lender and the Realtor I was working with weren’t that familiar with the VA home loan process. They tried to talk me into a traditional loan and using FHA. They offered me a really high interest rate despite my having good credit. I felt like I wasted my time with them, I became discouraged, and I gave up after a month and ended up renting for 10 months. Then a military colleague introduced me to Alexis and Lee and they were amazing!Lee and his team at VLG pre-approved me for more than I ever expected and with a pretty good interest rate considering the current Federal Interest Rate hikes.And Alexis was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to help me find a nice home in a safe neighborhood. She listened to me and what I was looking for. And yeah, she showed me some places that were kinda what I wanted but didn’t quite fit, but that’s part of the process! Every time Alexis showed me something that didn’t fit, I felt like she took that feedback and understood me a little better and the next place was closer to what I wanted. And, thankfully, she steered me away from places that weren’t right for me and helped keep me calm and kept me from settling for something less than what I wanted or needed. Her service, advice, and availability were stellar. Throughout the process, I felt more like I was house hunting with a best friend rather than a Realtor who saw me as “just another client.” I really felt like she cared and had my best interests at heart, maybe even more than I had for myself. And I just closed on my new home last week! I can’t sing her praises enough. Lee has a great working relationship with Alexis and they were able to tackle any issues we ran into as a team. I felt like they worked perfectly together and really looked after my best interests.

First off, my wife and I are very grateful to have met Lee with the VLG team by attending a very informative boot camp. After attending and learning on the process of purchasing a home we decided to go forward with Lee & his team, it was the best decision we made. Communication with Lee & his team from the start was great available via text and calls anytime for any questions we had and quick to respond as well. Overall we are very happy with the service we received especially how the entire home purchasing process was made simple and understandable and not as stressful as me and my wife thought it would be. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to have a great home buying experience.

I met Lee in Silverdale at a Realtor boot camp years ago. Since then I have moved on and now work for the government down in Arizona. I contacted Lee about a home loan down here thinking I was months from being able to buy a home. Lee took a look at things and told me I could buy now and not have to wait. We first met Lee Nguyen in 2022 when he handled the mortgage loan agreement with our son. Our son purchased a home in Belfair, WA. Seeing how Team Lee worked with our son, we decided to use Lee and his team when we decided to buy a home in Washington state.Lee and his team communicated with us via telephone, texting and emails.
