Honestly the most incompetent employees. I ask to do something simple like getting my number back and it’s the most complicated process they’ve ever heard of.

Went in to inquire about getting on my fiancés phone plan (something I was a little hesitant about for no good reason considering we’re getting married) and ended up leaving with a new iPhone 15 pro and a beautiful new Apple Watch for $30 less than my original bill! Had the pleasure of working with Skye who met our every need. She was patient, helped us get the best bang for our buck and overall made the process super easy and quick. I am no longer a T mobile girly, and I have no regrets :D xoxo

Easily the worst Verizon store I've ever dealt with and the amazing part is how consistent they are. I've been to a bunch of stores, corporate, reseller, heck even a mall kiosk. Dealt with personal and corporate.
First, shout out to Bellevue Square, they make all other stores look bad by comparison. Silverdale on the other hand is the polar opposite and makes all other stores look better by comparison.
Silverdale staff does have that look of "I'm smelling poo" when they asked.... anything. Made me double check for body oder the first time... But damn.
It is fun to watch the 4 employees around 1 guy they're friends with laughing and hanging out when I let them know I was having a business emergency. It just warms my heart that my emergency in no way concerns them.

Went to go and upgrade some of my family’s phones and had to wait an additional 40 minutes after getting a text saying that someone should be with me in the next 10minutes AND after following up with one of the TWO people “greeting” folks …on a Sunday (typically, a relatively slower day for most businesses). Ended up having to leave after being passed up for another person who came in after me and my family.

The best experience I have ever had when buying a cell phone. Adonis was great! Customer service and knowing how it all works makes him the "go to guy." This was a big change going from our old flip phone to this new s23 Galaxy. Thank goodness he was so patient and took time to educate us..we needed it!!
Thank You!

Why did I have an employee/manager call me out of the blue to discuss a phone I was viewing on the verizon app? Don't do that. If anyone wants to discuss options, they'll call YOU or visit in person.

I bought a phone today and this store refused to give me the phone without using someone else’s ID to prove I purchased it. Don’t use Verizon or this store.

My mother wanted to ensure she had a travel plan for when she was out of country. The sales person there wanted to try to get her on 5G Home Internet, she asked me my advisement? I said no.
Just a week later, I get a call from that store asking me if I wanted to? I asked them "what does no mean to you?" his reply "an opportunity?" What the hell.
I am a manager on the account and they've been told no before and now they're trying to ask again from a different account manager.
That is very shady business practices. Imagine if someone said yes on your account and you did not know about it until after the transaction was completed.

Unhelpful and condescending. I came into this store to pick up my phone to be told that they didn't have it and was sent to 2 different stores with vague directions (they couldn't even tell me where the other stores were in the town) When I returned and asked for assistance once again I was told to call the various locations myself to figure out where the phone might be. No offer to assist me in finding it. No offer to look up my account for more information. Instead, I was talked over and not listened to. I repeatedly (4 times) asked them to look up my account and was repeatedly shut down and told to call around myself. I have been a verizon customer for 17 years. I shouldn't have to spend 30 minutes calling customer service myself to get answers when I show up in person to a store.

The store employees have no knowledge of what customer services is. It’s gotten to the point where everything they say is so scripted that you can’t have an effective conversation. The customer service from a competitor on my work account has been so much better than anything that I’ve had in person Verizon agents. Save yourself the trouble and go by your phone or get your service from some other provider
