Don't know how they get anything rented hard to reach by phone no local number. Joseph Group doesn't often answer the phone and then puts you through to the wrong person. STAY LOCAL!

The people seem nice. However, In the past year during the COVID pandemic, Lighthouse has decided out of the blue to start charging per fees and just recently added administrative fees. Two monthly fees that definitely seem to be a roundabout way to charge rent increase.
