I had an excellent experience with Chuck at The Trails T-Mobile store on 12/29/23. I came in with a lot of questions about switching carriers and Chuck spent about 2 hours with me answering all my questions (I had been with my last carrier for 14 years, so I had a lot of questions), getting me switched over and loaded up with a new phone, tablet, watch, and AirPods. Thank you so much for all of your patience and help! Great experience!

Worst customer service. Manager, Tony, was rude and making rude jokes and nasty remarks and comments about another customer. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Customer care representative, Daliaha S., was trying to care for two clients at the same time and kept mixing up information. One customer had been waiting over two hours for phones to be transferred and completed. Dalhoah had snapped at the one customer waiting over two hours. BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION AND STAFF!

The worst customer service in have received at a t-mobile store. If you need to go to a store, I recommend the Bremerton location. This location has no interest in assisting customers and employees have a rude and unprofessional attitude.

Chuck sold me a phone and the internet was super slow even though it was supposed to be 5g but when I talked to Chuck about issue I was told to use it outside because their 5g didn't work if you're indoors. I've since then switched to a prepaid phone with 5g and it works just fine indoors. I'll never use T-Mobile again, especially with liars working there. Beware of hidden fees as everything they sell they get commission for.

Bought new phones, come to find out the new s22 does not roam to another provider, if T-mobile is not available.Remote camping does have good Verizon, but these phones (2) will not connect. Just go offline. After returning to the store, they have no solution.

This review is specifically for Chuck. My fiancé and I came in looking to a) get him a new phone and b) get my phone onto his plan.When we misunderstood the “100 google pixel” deal he took the time to find a good phone that meets my fiancés needs as well as fit our budget, even though it took 4 separate attempts. After we found the Phone and got that handled, Chuck moved on to moving my phone over from straight talk.What should have been an incredibly easy task ( finding my straight talk account number ) turned out to be an hour of back and forth with straight talk, and Chuck took care of it all for me! He took care of the phone call to customer service and spent a lot of time making sure me and my fiancé would walk out with what we needed done, Chuck is a complete G who deserves a raise and a high five

I had been getting tossed around by T-Mobile online support, apple care, and the insurance company for T-Mobile for almost a full month before finally going to this store. The person who helped me was Andrea and I cannot tell you how much more helpful she was than anything and everywhere else. I told her my problem and immediately she had a solution to the problem, no passing me off to the next person or blaming someone else, she told me what to do and how to do it and it was so simple. Give Andrea a raise cause she deserves it.

I do not recommend this place. Alex was very helpful and professional. However, the rest of the staff was not very helpful at all. We waited for a long time and was still not satisfied with the service.

The first person that helped me had no customer service skills. The second person, sorry should have got names was very helpful. She tried a number of things to fix the issue.

Deshaun was so helpful despite being in training. He took me through the entire process of upgrading my phone and transferring my files. He was patient, attentive, and thorough. The manager, Dalia, was always understanding and willing to put forth the time and effort to answer any questions about the process that Deshaun was taking me through. Thank you both!
