Would recommend literally anywhere else for printing needs. Saw the ad for same day printing, drove down instead of ordering online so I could ask for help orienting my picture correctly for my posters and the man said he can't assist me at all and can only print what I email. And then said it's extra to have same day printing which is deceptive and not advertised on site! I could have saved myself the trip and printed it from my phone at home instead of wasting the drive for this useless employee to tell me he can only press print nothing more.

Prices in-store are different than the website, it's better to buy off the website for printer ink, but the store is usually easy to find what you need if you have an immediate need. We usually order online.

Staples keeps moving products without a road map as to where they've moved to. Sometimes hard to find a helper to show or tell you where the product, you are looking for, as moved to. Need someone on the floor to help customers order what they can't find in the store.

I have been a regular customer, usually sending in print orders via email without any issues—until today. I sent my order in and called to confirm they received it. To my utter frustration, I was told I now had to submit the order online.
Navigating their abysmal website was a nightmare, especially on my phone. I had to download the art and then upload it again through their convoluted system. This entire process was unnecessarily time-consuming and infuriating.
After wasting an hour on their pathetic excuse for a website, I went to the store only to be told that my order wouldn't be ready until 7:30 pm. This was at 12:49 pm! The whole point of emailing my order in the first place was to avoid this exact scenario.
This new process is a complete disaster and an enormous step backward in customer service. I am deeply disappointed and frustrated by this ridiculous ordeal. Fix your system and stop wasting your customers' time.

Be aware - False advertising for Amazon returns. This location is advertising they process Amazon returns - they do not. This location will recommend that you take your return to Staples in Port Orchard. Or cancel your return and select another return option.

did you know Staples does Passport photos?? neither did I! Need a Passport photo ask at the customer service - they are friendly, helpful, and courteous! absolutely brightened my day

Wouldn't use them for iPostal (actually wouldn't recommend iPostal either for that matter). I've been waiting to pick up a package and the woman helping me says she can't leave the counter to go get the package so I'm watching everyone else who came in after me get helped and leave by the very people who we're waiting on to go get my package, I suppose, wherein she proceeds to go on to help others and this was after I waited on her getting done with the man in front of me who wanted to print some kind of a picture book and that became an involved thing, which is not necessarily anyone's fault but Jesus H. Christ I had to wait for all that, so.... By the way, I thought I was doing them the favor of coming to pick up my package today since they keep telling me they have limited storage. I'm actually waiting on another 2 packages, but figured i'd go ahead and pick this up today even though they technically can hold it until January 7th. So good to know the next time I don't have to urgently pick up my package or if I don't really, really want it right away, I'll just let it sit until they all accumulate. Saves me the trouble.
