Literally the worst customer service experience. I stood at the gun counter for 45 minutes before anyone even asked why I was there. At least two people jumped the line in front of me and were not challenged by staff. There were two staff who spent all their time arranging things on shelves even though there was a line 5 deep at the counter. Each transaction took at least 20 to 25 minutes due to low counter staff. I will never shop here again.

Terrible customer service and the store was not even busy. Asked for help in the fishing department, they made an announcement over the intercoms - I waited 10 minutes and nobody came to help me. Additionally, I grabbed a net with a price labeled above for $17, but it rang up as $40, I explained I didn’t want the net if it was $40 so the cashier called the fishing department again and I waited another 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, the cashier called again, I explained that I didn’t think anybody was going to help me because I had been waiting and she put her finger in the air and said “just wait a minute.” I grabbed my fishhooks and checked out at a different counter and left.

The fish hook assortment is a jumbled mess! Took 30 min with help to find my hooks and it wasn't the brand I wanted, simple hair holder worm hooks. NO, worms, no spinners, I wanted. Wasted trip.

I love the selection in Sportsmans warehouse. One thing that they could do for shoppers, would be to display the special deals better in the store. I get weekly emails advertising the special discounted items, and even the staff has a hard time finding those items.

1. Worst corporate structure possible. Some current employees are horrible too. I bought a box of ".45 ammo" that says "230 grain" on the side so I assume it's ammunition and I told the guy at the counter I couldn't believe how cheap this ammo is and when I got to the range to open the box, it's tips. No brass. No powder. Just the tips. I tried to buy a press and powder and they dont have them ever!! Why have tips if you do t have brass, powder and pressed for the tips?! I tried to bring em back and they could only take the extra box that didn't get opened. The employee that helped me return what I could said they're "leaving for a reason" because this place is a nightmare.
2. They will mess up your gun orders so bad you could loose your gun rights. Font trust them to order you a pistol or do your background checks. They're completely incompetent and almost cost my buddy his gun and fees. They're scammers here.
Overall, run far and fast if you consider working with them or for them.

Staff seem to act like customers are a burden. Hardly willing to help and no respect for customers time. Already spoke to corporate, who can't do anything but offer hollow apologies. It's expected with box stores but they have perfected low quality customer service. Will take your money and help reluctantly.
Update: Situation got worse. Asked to refund which is now going to take almost 3 weeks due to no onsite manager.

Bought a gun that was in stock, when I haven’t received a confirmation email, they said it was sold out. Finally I recieve an email to pick it up, drive an hour and a half, the store is closed an hour early! Waste of an evening. I wish I never purchased from here.

Terrible business, rude and arrogant staff. Gun counter is a mess; tried three times to come look for a pistol. Each time the counter made me wait more than an hour, before I gave up and left. Spoke to their manager the third time and he told to make an appointment. After that I never used them again and have been directing others to avoid the store. DON’T SHOP HERE!!!

I have shopped here infrequently, but every time they ask if you are active duty military for a discount. I asked about discount for active/current local law enforcement, they said they don’t offer a discount for that. I will shop elsewhere then, thanks.

Me and one other person were at the gun counter while two employees stood and joked with the other customer while I stood for 25 minutes at the scope counter while no one helped me, it’s not like I wasn’t obvious as the area was completely empty besides the other customer and I. The shelves are alway bare and a mess while the pricing is sometimes missing and products are in the wrong place so you can’t find the accurate pricing. I just got fed up and walked out, only redeeming quality is the friendly employees up at the front.
