Horrible. Went in there today to see if I could get something embroidered and the guy there felt it was more important to carry on with a conversation with a couple that had NOTHING to do with buying anything. Stood there in front of the worker and waited for about 20 minutes until the guy finally asked if I needed anything. Every time I go in there the same guy keeps taking forever with his irrelevant conversations and fails to help people who are trying to make a purchase.

This shop was one of the most disappointing things I have ever been inside. There were two gentlemen working Saturday when my husband and me went to browse. The older guy kept watching me as I was trying on a seahawks hoodie. He made me feel so uncomfortable. I realized after a few minutes that he was making sure we weren’t shoplifting. I asked him if we could try stuff thinking maybe I had misunderstood them when they said we could. I then said “okay I was just wondering since your just standing there watching me.” I then put all my items back that I was going to buy and left and told my husband we would not be buying anything here even though they’re sale section was great. I would rather pay full price anywhere else then be treated like a thief. This was the shop on Occidental.

The one in Alderwood mall was super friendly. My wife and I came in there and treated us like if we were very important. We are from Nebraska and we don’t get to see this much Seahawks stuff. Thank you!!! Go hawks hope we win tomorrow. We’ll be there !!!

Horrible customer service. I felt unwelcome the minute I walked into the store. When asking one of the employees a question, he replied with a rude remark and continued watching the game on television. I am unsure why they are even open -- if selling sport gear to customers is an inconvenience to them.

My experience here was awful. I felt like I was being harassed from the moment I walked in the door. I was looking to buy some hats yesterday and one of the crew members were harassing me to get embroidery on my hat. I was followed around the store. If I could give zero stars I would. Thanks Skylar for ruining my experience.

Was just in there with my teenage little sister. We were literally followed around by this short little Hispanic or Filipino guy. He was watching us like we were trying to steal or something. When I said something about it out loud that I didn't feel comfortable, he and the Caucasian man with the beard at the register just laughed at us as we walked out. Looks like that's the type of service this store has. I live in another state and would've loved to pick up some new Seahawks gear but I didn't appreciate them watching my sister like she was some thief.
