i was confused at first bc i haven't seen any reviews for this salon that weren't 2+ years old, but i found out that's because they have had the same clients for years! clarissa is super knowledgeable and worked wonders for my frizzy, heavy curls. she also is very efficient! i will definitely come back next time i need my hair done. :)

Oh I did not realize how much I missed having Clarissa's shears shaping my fine curly hair! COVID separated us for too long as I am a high risk person. Sooo glad to be there today. My curls are bouncy again. Also....following all the proper infection control protocols too:)

What a game changer! I originally went to Hairvana and the results are in the photo on the left. On the right is the photo from Salon Paradiso, Clarissa cut and taught me so much about my hair. Why it was frizzy (shampoo), knotty (needed a haircut/highlights) & why some pieces were frizzy & some were curly and more. I've never seen my curls look this good & had someone take the time & interest in teaching me the technique. (If you have curly hair you know you walk into a salon and once they see that you have curly hair: they'll not only cringe & try and get you in and out of the chair ASAP, but they'll also charge an arm and then a leg). WELL the Deva Curl cut (1st time) cost $50. SO --if you have curly hair I definitely recommend going here!

They provide a full educational experience on how to properly care for and style your or your child's curly or wavy hair. Was very pleased with the results and continue to use what they taught me. Definitely recommend!

Love going to Clarissa to get my hair trimmed. Just found out she does bangs for free! Definitely recommend if you are a curly girl or you're trying to get rid of frizz. She will help your curls shine!

My daughter is mixed and so has very very curly hair. We have never cut her hair because it's hard to find people to trust to cut her hair right. So have been looking for a long time to find someone.

My 12 yr old got her first Deva cut today and we are SO impressed with how well it turned out! Mandy did an amazing job on the haircut and was great about explaining what products to use for her hair and how to use them. A million thanks for making my my baby feel and look so beautiful!

Called to try to make an appointment and spoke to a very rude woman that almost laughed at me for asking if they had an opening on Sunday. Apparently they're not open on sundays, and she was highly offended by me asking. I would never go here. The reviews about their customer service speak for themselves. I don't care how well they do hair.

Got a very unpleasant phone call at 6pm. I'm surprised the person had the guts to say such things on the phone. Very snarky attitude and berating me for missing an appointment I had no idea about. Give the person the benefit of the doubt instead of berating them and telling them what to do or should of done. What makes a person think they can talk to anyone like that? Not all of us have time to read random texts, which I never received an appointment reminder! Phone CALL reminder might be nice and helpful. I called the person back to know that is not okay to do to people and it was unbelievable of her response, it was like talking to a immature young adult.
