Johnny our customer service representative was friendly, personable and very thorough, he explained everything. He walked us through the process from gate access to showing us how to make sure our unit is locked and secure. You and Randall Way storage are like a breath of fresh air, thank you for being there for us?, knowing that there is a real live person present at the location during business hours is important! Johnny you're awesome ? also thank you Tia for your support !

I was absolutely impressed on how friendly and helpful Tia was; not only showed me the unit that I originally reserved but I saw that it was a bit smaller than I expected it to be. So, I asked to see a larger unit. It was perfect for my what I needed to accommodate my belongings and Tia was very helpful with my request and made the transition between the units very smooth.
Thank you for all your help Tia. I know that you were just filling in but you're an asset to this company. This facility is very well kept; very clean. I know that my belongings are going to be safe.

Overall great experience! Elizabeth made the process smooth and easy. I was a bit indecisive on what size i needed and she was patient and showed me the different options available. I have rented at other places before and this has by far been the best so far. Thanks again!
